  1. I have reason to believe that I had it 2 years ago. In December of 08, I changed my diet and began walking. I have now lost 65 lbs and walk 3 miles 4-6 times a week. As the weight came off and the miles piled up, the morning pain went away. At the beginning, the thing that helped the most was standing on a wash rag while in the shower each morning. It helped ease the initial morning pain.
  2. You could check the classified adds in some of the major newspapers in that area for tickets. I got this advice from a conversation with some one who lives in Stevens Point Wisconsin.
  3. No wine suggestions here BUT now that you are 21 maybe Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown might be an interesting day trip. Google says their # is 607-544-1806.
  4. I agree!! He has really turned around the pitching for the Texas Rangers
  5. Why don't you call the Texas Rangers in Arlington Texas? Their number is 817-273-5100. That number belongs to their ticket office but they can forward you the proper person. Or....since Bo Jackson did play for the Kansas City Royals maybe call them. Their number is 816-921-8000. I hope that is correct. I got it out of one of my Rangers programs of the 2008 Season.
  6. Or how about crossing the mound on the way back to 1st base like A Rod did a few days ago!!

  9. GREAT!!! 20 yrs for my Mom. Keep up the good work!!!
  10. I will agree with your comparison. San Antonio has supported the Cowboys for many years. It is where the Cowboys hold their training camp each year. I don't think the NFL will ever have another team in the state of Texas. I will agree on the 4:00 time but during those years the team went 5-11 a few times it played many 1:00 games.
  11. Yep...they are tough and it is because the restraunat picked the WORST cut of meat since it was ordered WELL DONE!!
  12. Good point. He hasn't survived a whole season in years and it is very doubtfull that he will still be with the team by the regular season game on the 21st of November.
  13. This will be his THIRD chance. Titans....Cowboys...and now Bengals!!
  14. It is very sad. Teenagers these day are very weak in geograpy. According to a teacher friend of mine some can't even find Europe let alone Germany.
  15. Now that would be some kind of a child!!
  16. Speaking of numbers and counts.........An Early Happy 136th Kentucky Derby Day!!!
  17. Vanilla vodka with a fresh cup of coffee or hot tea.
  18. Kids do need to survive on healthy food. Their repeat business makes the fast food industry successfull.
  19. My son was in Baltimore last December and stayed in the Inner Habor area. The Inner Harbor still is very walk friendly and the area has many forms of transportation.
  20. The date for the Baltimore game nearly matches the one for the Charlotte game of last year. It was well supported and everyone had a great time.
  21. I even like the kid and he graduated in less than FOUR years!!
