Well I think the Bills will leave no stone unturned. To bad they a year or two late in getting a QB but having said that.... It's early in the process, we all are to early in our projections. Who know's how FA is going to effect the draft. You don't like Nassib and that's ok. But I have a hunch he's gonna be a Bill. I like the kid. Maybe we get lucky and he lasts until the second round. That way we can get the best LB in the draft on the board not named Teo . All we can hope for is they choose the right QB. Whoever that may be. Because we wont even sniff the playoffs until we do.

I understand your point but I think this is somewhat different. They had the kid for 3 yrs, correct me if I'm wrong but did Carroll have Sanchez for that long? There is gonna be a run on Qb's because so many teams are looking for one. Nassib might not be there in the Second round. My point is if they think Nassib is the one they can grow with and win with then you make the move in the first. Or any QB they like ( Glennon, Smith )

ok say if by some dumb luck Geno Smith falls to us. He has to learn Hackett's system and ofcourse he will have a learning curve. Nassib will hit the ground running because he already knows the system . If the Marrone thinks the kid can handle the pressure of coming in and playing right away and they don't like any other QB as much as Nassib then draft the kid. The thing that I like the most is Nassib would already have a strong running game to help him out. I just think after watching some youtube vids on him he could do just as well as Tannehill did last year . Maybe even better.

Good points. He can make all the throws, something we havent seen in Buffalo since fitz was starting. I have been leaning on taking Nassib at 8 since Marrone became HC. Go for it and nobody will really be all that surprised and I think we can make a very quick turnaround if we can get 2 LB's in the draft and in FA . Well they know more about Nassib than anybody. It would make sense and when if anything coming out of OBD make any sense lately?? Actually it makes too much sense if you think about it. This will force the Bills to run the ball more and with CJ and Freddy coming back hopefully to 2011 form we have a backfield that takes alot of pressure off the kid. I like the thought of the Bills running the ball as much as they can because the line is built for it.

I be very surprised if the Bills dont draft Nassib. Second Round or even first round. Think go outside and make snow angels if Geno fell to us but I doubt it. All I know is they better get a QB and get one early. Well actually they nedd 2 of them. Can't wait to see on who they decide on.

I know its early in the offseason but I think they should pick Nassib in the first round. Get your QB that you believe in. Both Marrone and Hackett coached this kid for 3yrs. They know everything about him without asking a scout or go to a combine to find out. Don't risk him not being there in the 2nd. It makes sense from a money standpoint too because you dont have to kill your cap on first rounders anymore. I know we need Defense but QB is the most important position on the field. Get it over with and lean heavy on Defense for the rest of the draft.

thanks for posting what my thoughts are about this. You have to reach because QB's go fast because so many teams need one. Draft one at 8 so you dont have to trade back into the first round to get one. Do your homework, and choose the best QB on the board at 8. Fitz is not going to be here since his man love Coach is history. Then concentrate on D the rest of the draft. You can get a WR in FA.

i say keep McLovin. He can handle both punt and Kickoff returns and he's pretty good at it. He can change field position so he has excellent value on that alone. Plus I would like to see him in this Defense. Maybe Petine can max his talent there.

I be fine with it. QB is THE position. If they love Nassib and think he can run Hacketts Offense in the pros then yea I say pull the trigger and do it.

I did watch some YouTube vids on Nassib. He can make all the throws. Has run a pro style offense under Hackett. I like the style of offense they ran. I think it would work well in the pros. Here's my thought. If the Bills want to get him and keep Hackett and Nassib together do it in round one. If Hackett has worked with Nassib for 3 yrs he knows everything about the guy. We have talent on offense. CJ and Fred will take alot of pressure off the kid. It would be a nice situation for him to come into. Plus when healthy our O-line is pretty good. If they want him that bad pull the trigger in Round one. Miami did the same thing last year and they ended up being better than us . I think Nassib will come in and play the same if not better in his first year under his HC and OC. Do it Russ make it happen and don't fart around. Get your QB and fix the D and we can turn 6-10 into 10-6 real quick. All we need is a QB .

No way RG3 should have played. Im more than pissed at Shanahan for even playing him. Cousins should have played the second half at least. I think Cousins was concerned , you could see it on his face when they showed him during the game. I know it was a playoff game but if RG3 was hurt , he was hurt. The Vikings didnt play Ponder because he was hurt, the Skins should have did right by RG3 and not play him. I hope the NFL fines the Redskins for that. I was hard to watch him play like that. I hope hes not hurt to bad.

OK Mr Russ Brandon. You fired Gailey...check Buddy leaving With Whaley ready to move up to GM...check Hiring Marrone.... I am ok with this but lets see who he picks as OC and DC... at least you trying something different. Bold move and I hope he can change the losing attitude at OBD. Getting a QB is next. You know Fitz cant to it. Waiting for the other shoe to fall. Cut Fitz and get 2 QB's for next fall. Then you might get me to drink some of the Koolaid you got. OK Russ?...cool.

Actually I can live with this as long as they rid of Fitz also....... sign me up. I think A. Smith plus Stevie , C.J. Freddie ( in a backup 3rd down role) and another WR in the draft we would have a decent Offense. and Lovie who woild be your OC? I think that would be my first question.

Seattle came to my mind first. They have a balanced team and I like the way they play. Plus I really want to see Beast mode run over somebody again on a long run, I somebody else said the Russel Wilson post would blow the you know what up.

I voted for Lovie. First he wants to coach here. He has already put a call in. He sees talent on D and I bet he can work these guys into a turnover making D. Second he would attract some Bears to come with him. Free agents would love to play for Lovie. I based this on how many Bears players were open about the fact that they didnt like Lovie being let go. Third I dont care about his demeanor of the field. The guy can coach defense and D is what we need. As long as he can get a Quality OC Lovie first on my list. Whisenhunt would be a good coach as long as he bring Horton (DC), and Grimm(OL) with him I would go for that as well .

Russ Brandon is the Man now. I hope and Wish Ralph good health. But it was time. And with Nix gone likely after the draft this Franchise is finally make a move and I like it. I hope the Bills hire Lovie Smith. Then we get a QB on we can turn this thing around quick.

10-6 is not a losing coach. And I would love to see how Lovie would get to Brady, another reason to get him, dont think he will just let Brady throw from the pocket all day.

I dont have a list of OC's. But you have to get a guy that can call a good game and able to get the most out of a talent Offense. Lovie and Turner sounds good to me. I bet C.J. gets his hands on the ball more with Turner.

Yep, or at least I hope so. 2013 is looking better already.
