Mario's toes are hurting him ....
Bufcomments replied to shoretalk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
lol But real talk we dont really need to see Mario until the 3rd preseason game. No sense in exposing him to injury. Plus this gives a Bills a chance to really see what the other pass rushers can do. I have no problem with his "foot" injury . -
Manuel vs. Kolb battle staged?
Bufcomments replied to Wazzu Bill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
From watching what they are doing with Manuel, they are bringing him along slowly but not too slow.. I like how they doing it. It would not surprise me if he was starting against NE. Why not let the kid learn something from Brady. Play him and if we have to take 7-9 record so be it. But I have a hunch Manuel is going to shock not only us but the NFL as well. -
Just imagine Bills Fans What if, just if, he does what R. Wilson did last year in Seattle. All it takes is a Legit QB. We have the weapons for him already. We are way over due. WAY over due. But I got a good feeling Russ , Whaley got it right this time.

30 bucks for each sheet. 25 for delievery Holmes on homes was a damn good show. I used to watch it every week. Kinda put me into the DIY mode.

True the unions were a tad greedy but in 50's- 80's there was plenty of money to spread around. If it wasnt for the unions the management would have overworked their employees. That's why people voted for the union in the first place. This coming from a former UAW member .Reason why those Toyotas were selling was because they were a better made auto.

point taken your right, Detroit was asleep at the wheel for a LONG time , pun intended.

Ladies and gentlemen...your NEW YORK BULLS!!!!
Bufcomments replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in Off the Wall Archives
I dont like it. to me it will always be UB. -
The Free Trade agreement is what really lead to Detroit's downfall. The city tax base was the Auto industry. Why would GM pay the union worker 22 buck an hour when they can build plants in Mexico and China and have the same parts built for 4 bucks an hour. The greed of big business is gonna wipe out the middle class. I could talk about it for days but I wont. Detroit is a perfect example of whats wrong in America. What a shame.

Lowes is the winner so far and I am not too surprised. Somebody call Mr Blank lol It does seem like Lowes is better organized than HD like some posters have pointed out. One thing tho, I needed some 3/4 wood plywood for the floor in my bathroom and the prices were crazy high at both HD and Lowe's. Ended up going to 84 lumber for the plywood. 2 sheets of wood cost me 84 bucks with delivery. HD would have been 110 bucks, Lowes about 90 without delivery. Wow , just for some damn wood. the plywood has been the most expensive thing for my project . I did . In fact that was the first place i went to but to my surprise the prices were way higher than HD and Lowes.

man, Buddy sure knew how to waste Ralph's money. Anderson, Merriman, Fitz. This coaching staff to me knows how to judge talent. This gives me hope for the season.

You have to figure some of these homes where bought and maintained by GM employees so they might be in pretty good shape, well some of them. Like somebody else said, they might have back tax issues. And I bet some of them are in good areas. That said why would you buy a house in Detroit?? The city is broke and didnt they just file for bankruptcy?

I'm in the middle of bathroom remodel project and during the last week and a half have been to both HD and Lowes for supplies. What started out as a simple toilet repair lead to gutting out the floor of my bathroom. Maybe ill post some pics if asked. But my question is, and maybe this should be a poll question, which do you prefer? Home Depot or Lowes?? I finding out the prices are basically the same at both places. To me I like Lowes at tad better because that's is where I got the most help so far, and trust me I need help especially with the plumbing .

In depth 2013 Bills assesment
Bufcomments replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
All I'm saying is hope he's right on the prediction. But I gladly will take a close 2nd in the division and a wild card birth.... -
So Much For Worrying About Donald Jones
Bufcomments replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
what you said. They needed to upgrade the WR position. If anybody thought that D. Jones was gonna take pressure of Stevie ... I think that the combo of Woods, Graham and Rodgers , Goodwin is better than Jones, Nelson, and least we not forget Ruvell Martin. -
Here, look forward to this.....

Yep CJ was robbed bigtime That's ok because after this year when he gets 2000 all purpose yds they will have him in the top ten. -
EJ Seeks Veteran Wisdom from Aaron Rodgers
Bufcomments replied to MClem06's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
EJ...keep up the good work. I think we are beginning to see what the Bills saw in him. And what they didn't see in Geno Smith. Can't wait to see him play in the preseason, man who can you NOT like this guy. Maybe he was getting insurance advice... lol expected... but well done anyway -
How many wins will we have next year. (Poll)
Bufcomments replied to dayman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wont say how many because I really don't know what to expect. But I will say this, this team had bad coaching last year on both sides of the ball. If this coaching staff Marrone put together is better than last years ( we shall see) we can better last year record. They serve KoolAid with extra sugar and lots of Ice at OBD. Kinda tasty before the season, kinda weak at the end these last 10 years lol -
Oh man this years camp in gonna be good for many reasons. QB battle ofcourse How are they gonna use Spiller...along with that how the plan to use Freddie as well. LG....position wide open LB.. really ,really want to see if Kiko can handle the pro game and to see if Manny Lawson are as good as I think . FS.. want to see if Byrd report or holds out. This maybe the most important thing right now. And to see how A. Williams does at FS. SS Who is gonna start between Searcy and Duke Williams CB Who gonna start opposite Gilmore? I don't think McKelvin has it locked down, I think he has some comp there. WR Want to see Woods bigtime Lastly I cant wait to see what DC Petine has up his sleeve but I doubt we will see all of it but you know they gotta test it at some point. Kinda wish the Bills were on HBO this year because its gonna be a very interesting Camp.

Who's your top 3 crucial 2013 players?
Bufcomments replied to White Linen's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Fred Jackson...the'11 pre-injury version. Maybe alot to ask but if he plays like he can he can take some load of C.J. QB....Kolb or E.J. The one who starts has got to keep the chains moving and not turn the ball over like Fitz did. Its the key to the season. Can't wait for training camp to start maybe I will feel better after the 2nd preseason game. Kiko... the are going to almost give him a spot. He going to have to be better than Sheppard was . The whole LB core has much to prove. If they can't stop the run its gonna be another non- playoff year. -
How Long Have You Been A Bills Fan And When Did You Know?
Bufcomments replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I went to my first Bills game back in the Rockpile back in 1972. I was 8 yrs old. My father had to work that day and he gave 2 tickets to my Mom and said enjoy the game. I overheard the convo , ran into the room and said Mom what you waiting for lets go. We lived about 3 very long city blocks away from the stadium. So we walked to the Rockpile, it was raining a bit. I was just happy to be going to the game. I could always heard the cheers anytime they scored when they played for about 4 yrs and by this point I was dying to see what the hell these grown ass people was yelling about. Little did I know I was being slowly sucked in by the power of Pro Football. Anyway we had some pretty good seats. 15 rows up on the Bills side on the 20 yrd line. Never will forget. Saw OJ score on a 94 yd TD run. That was it for me, hook ,line and sinker. I mean it was like OJ shot out of a cannon he got up the field so fast. My Mom was talking about the play the whole walk home. We lost but it was a good game to watch. Franco Harris scored 3 times. Bobby Chandler scored 2 twice. I remember really enjoying the game even tho we lost. I think after that game is when my love for the Bills because full blown. That's when I really started to get into not just the Bills, but the Steelers and Raiders as well. Since then I have been watching Bills games with a passion.
