I think a lot depends on if Brady comes back to NE or not. Even if he does, I think you can see father time gaining on him. Not going 0-2 against the Pats would help.

I'll be rooting for the Chiefs. First real game I can remember watching was the Xmas day playoff game against the Dolphins, Was of fan on that team and the their players---Willie Lanier, Otis Taylor,, Podalak, Buchanon, Dawson, etc, consider the Chiefs my second favorite team.

I was thinking the exact thing as it happened. A great receiver has the awareness to drag the toes, churn up the black rubber and probably fall forward, but makes the sacrifice of the body to make plays. Just another example of the O needing better playmakers. Its what separates great from average. Playmakers make plays at key moments.

DE doesnt get a lot of talk. Hughes is near the end, Trent wasnt spectacular and Lawson could go anywhere. Also the Vikes signed our DE off the practice squad.

If you are sports reporter and you are asking a guy about not playing who played.....well you need to find another line of work.

It was a total team loss. As for the OL I saw plenty of plays in the second half where Josh had all day and couldnt make plays with that time.

I will be really rooting for the Eagles, seem they need a WR also next year.

If Duke had got the snaps McKenzie and Foster did I think he would of had way more production than McKenzie's 254 yards receiving and Fosters 64 yards. Those are some anemic stats.

Because Brown was 21st in receiving yards doesnt mean hes better than Davante Adams, Tyreek Hill, OBJ, Juju, etc To me it shows he's probably in the bottom quarter of no. 1 receivers, So yeah Im looking for a upgraded no. 1 and then Brown is a 2 and Beasley is a 3rd or 4th. . I compared them to the supebowl receivers because a championship is the goal. I would love to see what numbers those guys would of put up in the modern NFL. The NFL where you cant hit the QB low(Carson Palmer rule, cant touch the QBs head, cant sack them with your weight on top of them, hitting defenseless receiver rule, helmet to helmet hit and on and on. How many drives today are kept alive when in the past they would of been great defensive plays. Andre made a living getting hit over the middle. Ill keep saying it again and again---team needs more playmakers. Receivers who can make contested catches, a young compliment to Singletary and more skill-depth at TE(SB teams had Metzelaars and McKeller).

It's a major problem, no doubt. Point to me this O needs more playmakers.

I thought Duke made catches the other smurfs would not have made. Yes he didnt make 2 difficult catches but he brought things to the offense McKenzie or Foster do not. Fans were right all year he should have been playing more. I was impressed with McKenzies ability to run out of bounds, not like you might put some extra effort into a playoff game and cut one of the end arounds inside for a few more yards.

To me the term Billsy is the consistency of being anti-clutch, of not making the plays when they count most. Totally disagree on a the need for a no.1 receiver, this game showed Beasley is JAG, Duke showed flashes Mckenzie is a nothing burger and JB was OK. Improving this offense has to be the no.1 priority, younger-quicker replacement for Gore. More WR depth and elite talent, and another TE than can do something. Offensive philosophy has to get more aggressive, more points, longer drives would help this D a ton.

If it isn't too much to ask, can see to it that the Bills beat the Patriots followed by Miami stunning them in week 17 as Fitzy throws the game winner over Gilmore. If you can make that happen that would be great. Sincerely long deserving Bills fans.

Pats could get signals from the video and isnt funny how teams have reported issues with helmet communication in NE, which causes teams to rely on signals. And the guy lied about his position with the organization. If it walks like a duck........
