Same with me, I feel like asking is the drought in the room with us right now? 😆 Does Josh instantly morph into JP Losman or Trent Edwards if McD isnt here. I dont think so. The drought was about not having a franchise QB.

It was the first time we ever in our history gave up 150 yards to a RB and a WR in the same game. Its historically bad.

The Falcons left about 13 points off the board. With the out at the one, a block FG and they went for a 4th and passed up a FG. That would of been 37 put up by the likes of the Falcons. I went into this season worried about the D and Im more worried after 6 weeks.

The Bears are actually worse than us in defensive rushing yards allowed per game, no I dont miss Edmunds.

Atlanta only averaged 9.1 yards per play in the first half and first time ever we gave up 150 yards each to a WR and RB in team history!!!!

Every time I watch the 4 falls of Buffalo, I realize why Frank Reich is not a great coach. When he said its easy to say you should of thrown a left hook instead of a right(paraphrasing), when asked about not running more, I about blow a gasket. Frank, they came out with 2 down lineman, its called reading a defense, you run against 2 down lineman. Its football 101. Totally agree, there wasnt a superbowl where Marv wasnt out coached in and I think McD against Parcells/Belichick, Gibbs, and Johnson would of been the same, McD is not on that level. I certainly dont think a McD defense would of done any better against OJ Anderson and stopping the run thats for sure.

You know the Broncos when they had Elway moved on from Reeves eventually. And he took them to superbowls. Sean and Beane havent even done that. Moving on from Reeves was the right call. But somehow some people think they are untouchable. I give the Broncos credit, they had the balls to make a change that was needed.

You dont You dont pay a 22 catch TE--the last 2 years, Knox money. People want to say hes a good blocker, fine pay him blocker TE money. Groot is turning into a guy with not elite speed or power, and though he did have a FG block, he also erased a huge turnover and is MIA in the rush way too often. The DL is really only Bosa, Walker and Ed.

I think the offense is semi fixable where the D, unless Hoecht and Ogunjobi are beasts. I dont see much hope there. Hairston probably wont be back until a few weeks later and there will be more injuries on D until then.

And to think Carolina shutout the Falcons.

No Ill die on you cant be this bad against the run on defense and expect to be considered a good team. Not worst in the league bad. Bradys jet sweep call on 3rd and one was moronic. Did he forget were the Bills with Josh Allen and do you think you can stop two cracks for one yard. Get the first down is the number one goal there. I hope Brady can get better, but this D is atrocious. Hell I thought Atlanta should of pounded the rock even more.

The corners dont cover, the safeties are late, the linebackers arent filling, and the DL cant generate a consistent rush or win one on ones. There is very little elite talent on that side of the ball. Josh is off. The coaching isnt improving. Its really bad.

Will be the same needs as last year, a lot of D and hopefully a WR with some talent. A lot of guys on DL on one year/last year deals.

Well we have wins against teams with 3 wins combined....thats how good we are. Be like a college power bragging about beating Ball State, Colgate and South Alabama. Thats our reality.
