Have you noticed a downward trend every year and that his teams get worse as he gains more control over draft picks( majority for his defense). Time for a divorce ASAP is what I say... Need to run a spread type offense so McCoy can have space to cut it up field and let Tyrod see the field better, seems to me Rex's teams will always take bad penalties sat the worst times and will lead the league in that category.

Put a real coach on this team with discipline and this is a playoff team. With this frat house staff we will continue to lead leage in penalties and frustration. Rex has no control.
