  1. It was 6 weeks later, but that IS quite interesting.
  2. Some folks might want to know how an NFL talent evaluator might stack the 2018 crop of QBs against previous classes. It appears that you've found a way to be outraged about it. Well done.
  3. I thought it was quite obvious that he was basing the ranking on his pre-draft grade of each player...a grade that he puts together from hours and hours of scouting work.
  4. It's Daniel Jeremiah; he's a former NFL personnel man and does a TON of work for the draft year-round. He's also had offers from teams to fill front office roles; you may want to re-assess your view of his work.
  5. For sure I thought Vlad was the worst guard in football. For quite a while, he looked that way with the Bills last year, but he did show some improvement as the year progressed. I still wouldn't want him as my starting guard, and I'd be less than enthused about him on my roster as a whole. I generally feel the same way about Newhouse.
  6. Who isn't grasping what, exactly?
  7. If the right side of Buffalo's OL this year consists of Ducasse and Newhouse, I will be watching with a puke bucket at the ready.
  8. It should be a plus in every market! Haven't you ever had kugel and potato latkes? My mother was Jewish, and that woman made potato latkes and kugel that could end wars.
  9. Sure; I was laying out the scenario as I see it. I mean, we can feel pretty darn confident that at least 2 QBs go in the top 3, and then we can also feel confident that between Denver, Miami, Buffalo, Arizona, LAC, and Baltimore, 2 more will go soon thereafter.
  10. Well, if NYG move back, then that's clearly because someone is taking a QB. That most likely means 3 QBs in the top 3, and then you have to imagine that such quick QB movement would result in someone else like Denver, Miami, Buffalo, Arizona, LAC, Baltimore, or Pittsburgh moving up to get a 4th.
  11. That's entirely possible. Remember that Buffalo gave up more to trade up for JP Losman in 2004 than the Giants gave to get Eli Manning that same year. Not all draft day moves ascribe to the same value system. I think it'll end up being something along those lines.
  12. They're going to...it would also be a folly of the highest order to not draft another potential franchise QB You need irons in the fire
  13. I've always been of the opinion that Tyrod wasn't good enough to win with long-term, but that he was easily the team's best option for both 2016 and 2017. Where was I wrong?
  14. I have no idea what argument you're talking about, and I honestly have no need for recognition as an "insider" The point I've been making should be crystal clear: people on this board know more than the OP thinks, and even if they don't, they don't have to end every sentence with "IMO" in order to proffer an opinion
  15. Because if they haven't been in the room, then they don't know squat, right? What's the purpose of this thread again? Oh, right, to squash people's opinions unless they finish every statement with "IMO"
  16. Then the OP had zero point to begin with, since anyone that doesn't have all of the exact same information as 32 GMs shouldn't draw conclusions Or maybe your entire OP should've been distilled down to "use IMO more often" but either way, you probably should've made sure to tell everyone that they don't know squat IN YOUR OPINION, because you don't have all of the information on every person on this board, so declaring that as fact shouldn't happen
  17. Must be zero because you say it is, right? And because none have, their opinion is invalid and should be squashed before they express it They know NOTHING
  18. It's because those folks should have discretion over whether or not you know who they are Well you're dug in on that, so it must be true. Not possible that you're wrong
  19. Sort of like saying that nobody on this board knows anything? Sounds pretty definitive, almost like that opinion should be taken as gospel
  20. I'm not going to out specific people on this board that may not want me sharing the info simply because you can't fathom that it's true
  21. You are taking a very small group (people that want the GM fired) and acting like it's a majority. As for the question about which folks have info from around the league etc, stick around; you may see for yourself
  22. It's nothing more than misdirected anger. Take a small percentage of posters that want the GM fired and make it seem like a majority. In comparison to the previous regimes, the majority of folks here appear to know MORE than them, vis-a-vis believing that getting a franchise QB is a better idea than stocking talent around journeymen QBs As I've said, and feel free to believe this or not, some folks here know a LOT more than you think And what, exactly, is telling everyone that they don't know squat? That's not ridiculing people and attempting to drive away differing opinions?
  23. Youre thinking of Boling. I do think Bodine would be a good option at center; have to remember that DisGROYer is a UFA after the upcoming season
