  1. Not worrisome to me. He's 20 years old in his 2nd quarter of NFL game play, and he's being asked to QB the defense. He'll be fine once the game slows down for him a bit
  2. Poor guy--great player. Not sure it matters much for this year, since I believe he's probably their long-term replacement for Shaq Mason at guard. He's more than a bit on the small side for a tackle--he'd be, by quite a margin, the smallest tackle in the NFL
  3. Maybe Jalen should spend a little more time working on his craft so that he doesn't get burnt by Bills' castoffs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YS1KG1_M3m4 A bum on one leg shouldn't be able to smoke you like that in his first week back, let alone catching passes from a bottom-third QB that can only start for the worst team in football. Obviously the above is tongue-in-cheek, but Ramsey needs to check himself. Best corner in the NFL? He might not even be the best corner on his team. Also, maybe you could work on not getting lit up by TJ Yates for 40+ yard completions, Jalen.
  4. I kept saying in the GDT that Teller was smacking people around Looks like a more detailed review confirmed that he was as good as it seemed
  5. Yes. See Josh McCown, Russell Wilson, Matt Ryan, and Carson Palmer with their significant improvement from college to pros. Especially McCown. He was a career 51% passer in college; he went 67% for the season in 2017.
  6. Dawkins-Ducasse-Groy-Miller-Mills
  7. Unless he decides to stay here on the cheap, Miller will most likely leave in FA next offseason. The only OLmen under contract for 2019 (among those that have potential to start or play significant minutes) are Dawkins, Teller, Ducasse, and Bodine. It's very likely that the team will have between 60 and 80% turnover on the starting OL from 2018 to 2019.
  8. Good night: Wyatt Teller--he was knocking people around Bad night: backup DL. I also thought he was at RG--looked like Deondre Wesley at RT
  9. Yep. On an unrelated note: Allen is doing an excellent job with his pocket mechanics tonight.
  10. I would be looking to flip a 2019 pick to GB for one of Bulaga/Spriggs/Murphy
  11. We have nothing that resembles a swing tackle Gun-man
  12. Wyatt Teller will be a starter for this team no later than 2019
  13. Matt Kalil was 5 yards downfield when Cam threw that ball Officials simply never call ineligible lineman downfield any more
  14. We once had a top-10 SS from a top college program that talked a big game, but when push came to shove he was a decent run defender and nothing more. Maybe Adams turns out to be more than Donte Whitner, but until then it'd be more prudent of him to actually prove something on the field before he calls out divisional opponents.
  15. The players' locker room is nice, but nothing lavish. They have some niceties like table games, comfy couches/chairs, a Tim Hortons coffee station, and a barbershop setup. Yes, there are several flat screen televisions as well. I'd say that they're taken care of, but not spoiled. The cafeteria/kitchen facilities are very nice; you can tell that this regime places a premium on nutrition and wellness. The fitness/health facility will be on a totally different level; we're talking best-in-the-league type stuff.
  16. Doubling the floor plan size and adding a second floor to what's already an impressive room when you see it in person I've been in a lot of gyms, but from standing there and walking the route of the new layout I can tell you for sure that this facility will be on a whole other level
  17. The Rams still have Goff on a rookie deal and had to let big money players like Watkins and Trumaine Johnson leave in FA, plus cut guys like Robert Quinn and Tavon Austin. Minnesota just keeps on signing UFAs and their own FAs to huge money deals without hesitation or having to release anyone.
  18. How do the Vikings have any cap room left? Cousins, Diggs, Reiff, Remmers, Griffen, Hunter, Rhodes, H. Smith, Richardson...how is it possible?
  19. Hah! It really does seem to be that way in each and every camp, regardless of who the LT is...and yet, the LT position has been solid for 5 years running.
