These regulators want to effectively stuff 100 lbs of poop in a 10 lb bag, and their going to fine my client under order of consent if they don't manage to do it.
See, now we're having some fun!
For the record, it's an amalgam of all 3...most closely resembling Angle's build, Costanza's height, and Troyer's head shape
Throw a #1 clipper cut atop the head and you're there.
Hmmm...I do have a striking resemblance...except for the good hair, and I'm short, stocky, short-limbed, round-faced, and, well, okay, I look absolutely nothing like The Swaze
Indeed.
I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know how this works, but if there's a CCTV security system, could the police demand access to the tapes via warrant or subpoena?
Ah...ok, thanks. I hadn't heard that she came out in his defense regarding the abuse allegation. Info has been flying so fast in this thread; is there a link?
Obviously speculation, but they have a child together, so depending upon the custody agreement, they may have to let each other know when they'll be out of town? Not sure how the communication structure would work such that McCoy hadn't had direct contact with her.
You're correct that such would dictate some type of phone trail.
This is such a weird situation
Wait a second...the security cameras are removed recently, and all of a sudden there's a home invasion?
Someone had a plan here.
Maybe it was Shady, maybe it was the alleged victim, and maybe it was a neighbor that had previously cased the place and saw that the cameras were gone.
If any of what is being alleged is true, then I find it very, very odd that it's all coming to light just now.
Serial beatings of women/kids/dogs would be a near certainty to have been reported by some medical professional that tended to the type of injuries that certainly would've been sustained.
Also, Shady is a smart enough guy to make women sign waivers prior to attending a party at his house, but he's stupid enough to send armed assailants to the home of a woman with whom he's currently embroiled in a lawsuit? Just doesn't seem likely...but then again, who knows?
PFT can't even get their own story straight. Prior to the draft, they had Mayfield ranked last among draft-eligible QBs in "average time to throw" with over 3.1 seconds.
This is why I hate PFF sometimes.
Exactly. I actually don't think your opinion deviates from mine in any way. A QB that isn't football-first is a big enough red flag on his own; that his on-field ability has nosedived the last 2 active seasons has put him in a spot where he's not worth the additional headache.
