  1. What the heck is Milano doing out there on special teams in the preseason?
  2. That is one MASSIVE offensive line the Bills are fielding.
  3. I think that's an unlikely scenario because McDermott and Beane would ostensibly be admitting that they got the Allen pick wrong, which is probably a death sentence for them in Buffalo. Plus, they've been very careful to give the appearance that they're building for the long-term; with the 2020 WR class (both in FA and the draft) coming up, now would be a really bad time to bail on surrounding Allen with a very high level of pass-catching talent.
  4. Did you forget to mention 100 bajillion penalties?
  5. I too will be making homemade pizza. What will your topping choice(s) be? I'm going with marinated artichokes, garlic chicken, ricotta, and crushed tomatoes.
  6. I predict that the Bills' run game will be very impressive--both with starters and backups playing.

  8. True story. Remember when Spiderman was delayed because the opening had him spinning a web across the recently destroyed WTC Towers? Remember when Phone Booth was delayed because of the D.C. Sniper? This stuff happens.
  9. I bumped into a few Colts on Chippewa on my way out of work. Darius Leonard among them. Nice group of kids.
  10. Joaquin Phoenix should not make you feel uncomfortable...unless he's trying to Seriously, one of my favorite actors.
  11. Ironic statement. I can't believe that this part needs to be explained, but here we go: When you work an injured player back into practice, especially when he hasn't been cleared for full activities, then you get him snaps with the backups. I honestly have no idea what you're even arguing at this point. McDermott himself, by the way, said (in his interview today) that the goal with injured players is to try to get them some reps in any format that they can, starting with a walk-through. That would certainly describe what's happening with Morse.
  12. You're really going to argue this point? As far as the coaching staff is concerned, yes, they are preparing as though it's a game. Hence why they run a practice the way that they do. Today is the final practice before their first game of the preseason; the guys that will be starting are taking the starter's reps. Get upset about it if you want to, but that's the case here.
  13. That's generally not how practice reps go. In the final practice before a game, the guy that's starting is going to take the starter's reps.
  14. Not really. There's zero expectation that he'll play on Thursday, so they're getting Bodine the reps with Allen since he'll very likely be the starting center.
  15. The Giants said they "felt it was a better fit" https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/07/12/giants-trying-to-convert-jarron-jones-to-offensive-tackle/
  16. He was a very good DLman at ND; not sure if he's been any good as an OT
  17. Darn right. Get used to the good Josh, bad Josh show. That's who he is, and you know what? That's who you WANT him to be. The great thing about a kid like Josh is that he's got the makeup to make enough plays to outweigh any bad things he does.
  18. I thought they were moving James Hurst to LG?
  19. Same. Here's what I said about him in my mock draft: "He’s an earth-mover as a run-blocker, and is a surprisingly smooth mover in pass protection. He’s played on both sides of the line, and at every position except center. Ford is the kind of player you draft hoping that he can play tackle, but knowing that he can play guard. "
  20. I actually think that they like Feliciano as their backup center
  21. As long as he plays well on Sunday it's a non issue. The second his play dips, there will be people pointing to his off-field choices as a contributing factor. Such is life in pro sports
  22. I'll never forget the SNF game against Cincinnati in 2007. The box score will show that Reed finished the game with 1 assisted tackle and zero turnovers (plus a punt return TD), but he was absolutely amazing out there. He cut the field in half that night. Palmer avoided him at all costs all game long. He nearly beheaded TJ Houshmandzedah twice. One of the best games I've ever seen from a defensive back.
  23. Watch the embedded feature on the Bills YouTube channel; there's absolutely zero ambiguity regarding who's in charge of the draft. Hint: it's not McDermott.
  24. I'd wager I could beat you with my list of 9 non-QBs plus any of Ben, Baker, Watson, Wilson, Stafford, Cousins, Newton, or Prescott.
