As long as the flight leaves on time you'll make it assuming you take an Uber and don't try to park. Biggest timing issue will be procurement of ticket quickly.

Josh Allen named AFC Offensive Player of the Week
thebandit27 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There's a built-in remedy for all of this man coverage: Josh should not hesitate to take off and run whenever he sees man looks. Take the easy 6-10 yards until they decide to use a spy or go to zone, which will open up the seems and shallow crossers. -

Well-earned! Now keep it going kid. -
Speculation that AB could return to Pats after apology
thebandit27 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He wasn't quite satisfied when they signed him in the first place -
My man Ye Ole! What's good gent? As long as you're cool giving him a monster deal, like $15M per, then I can see you getting your wish Yup. TFLs lead to huge pay days.

Big trouble? No. Was the team much better off with Nsekhe? Definitely.

More Sunday than in previous weeks, but by no means a "ton". Even the Foles-led Eagles in their Super Bowl win only ran 9 RPO plays. Agree And it's wrong. The reason Allen had an easier time with pre snap reads on Sunday was the quickened pace. It prevents the D from changing personnel packages and looks, which lets the QB gain a comfort level faster.

Can the Detractors Now Admit Allen's Growth?
thebandit27 replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ok now I know you're not serious. Regressed? In what way? Like I said, there's no possible way that you're serious about that -
Yes, yes you did

Not for nothing, but he absolutely mauled a DLman on Gore's 4th down conversion yesterday

Aren't they 20th in pass YPG allowed? I admit that I only looked quickly, and like I said I think the Miami-sucks point is valid. I also think that all too often hyperbole overtakes context. EDIT: just looked. 20th in pass YPG, 26th in YPA allowed. Bad, but not all-time bad

Use Miller's first step against him. Trap him early and often on delayed handoffs from spread shotgun formations. Use bubble screens to his side of the field to get him in pursuit and crack him with a play-side TE. Pile 2 TEs to his side and smash on him in the run game. It won't take him out completely, but it'll slow him down enough to hit some plays down the field.

Dude. Miami isn't even a bottom-10 pass defense this year, let alone worst all-time. It's totally fine to point out that Miami is a bad team; it's ridiculous and unnecessary to state total falsehoods for the sake of marginalizing Allen's performance yesterday.

$8M would put him 19th and squarely at the bottom of the 3rd tier of DT salaries in terms of AAV (top being $20M+, 2nd being $12-$17M)

How's that "franchise QB" Tyrod looking these days? -
I don't necessarily disagree with your point on its face. However, the ~$8M+ AAV is almost certainly going to be there for him regardless. So if you're him, there's no reason to take that deal now when guys like Malik Jackson got $15M AAV coming off of lesser years.

Guys. If you were a 27-year old kid looking at your first (and perhaps only) shot at a massive, life-changing pay day, you wouldn't even think about re-signing before the open market comes calling. He's in the midst of a career year and is a pink elephant of sorts: guys that big aren't typically good pass rushers, so someone is going to throw all the monies at him...and his agent knows it. If he signs that deal his agent should quit.

Edmunds and Milano - our new pass rushers
thebandit27 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You want to see insane? Wait until Jordan Phillips gets a deal. A 340 lb dude that will enter the market with double digit sacks (or close to it) at the age of 27? ????? -
Can the Detractors Now Admit Allen's Growth?
thebandit27 replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Absolutely re tempo. Not just because of Allen's ability, but also because he operates so much better when teams can't change their personnel packages. When this kid has a bead on ya pre snap, you're screwed, because dude can make a play. -
Edmunds and Milano - our new pass rushers
thebandit27 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd go hard after Schoebert and move Edmunds to LorAx's position; make him more of a chess piece. For EDGE guys, I'd love Clowney, but reality is you're probably looking at Addison/Ngakoue/Fowler as the "premier" UFAs. I'd also look at dealing for Miller or Chandler Jones. You know how that stuff goes: nobody's available until they are.
