When Fans rebell against our own players
extrahammer replied to NavyBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Who knows, either way, you're right, they should have been throwing things at the coaches not the players. Doesn't matter how many did it, what matters is what other players think who may potentially come to Buffalo. I'm also sure that makes Jason Peters want to play harder. HA! -

By throwing things at the players? Seriously? -
I'm sure Eric Moulds was just looking for someone to punch. Why didn't he hit him back?

I agree, I hate coming here and reading all the whining from girly men. Arnold would be disappointed. -

The difference between Ryan Leaf and Trent Edwards
extrahammer replied to jms62's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Trent Edwards is #5, not #7. Hope this helps! -
What's Edwards game lacking/
extrahammer replied to maryland-bills-fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
All I saw from Losman yesterday was deer in headlights. He looked worse than Ryan Leaf. He actually ran into the defenders hands 4 or 5 times! Trent seems to exude major confidence at times and not at others, and I'm beginning to wonder if the coaches are teaching him anything. -
Lee Evans Calls out OC play-calling...
extrahammer replied to Heels20X6's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My problems with the play-calling were not giving it to Marshawn at the goalline and going for the 4th down in the 4th quarter instead of taking a shot at a field goal. I know Lindell missed 2 yesterday, but at that point, he had only missed one and that shows the lack of confidence in your kicker from Jauron. Also lack of confidence in Marshawn in goalline situations when he had one of his best days of the season. I've stuck up for Jauron thus far, but I'm starting to wane... -
Lee Evans Calls out OC play-calling...

Seems like he wants to win and isn't too concerned with improving his TD numbers. -
Playoffs?, Are You Kidding Me?, Playoffs?
extrahammer replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Holy Schnikies! It's only his 2nd year. Let's not make this a habbit of firing coaches every 3 years or less. Obviously Marv has done some good for this team with his input. He hired DJ for a reason. I can't believe what I'm reading now from some fans just like I couldn't believe how much some fans earlier this season actually thought we had a shot at 14-2. So Jauron isn't a motivator? He's not exciting enough? No emotions? Look at Belicheck. I think I just made my point. -

Royal has to go, how many dropped passes and fumbles does he have? -
Losman should be our starting QB
extrahammer replied to 1billsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Please don't tell me this is a 10 page thread about Losman's ability to throw one deep bomb to Evans per game and that's valid reason to start him? Losman isn't a leader. Edwards is. I'll take the Walsh endorsed Edwards as a leader with a subpar arm anyday over Losman. And I'm not gonna blame Edwards for the lack of leadership/intensity on defense. -

Monday Night Football, Time to Breakout!

Kelsay, George Wilson, not to mention Jabari shut down T.O..... and that's when the Cowboys were really good. -
Bone head play of the week...
extrahammer replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Wasn't that potential challenge within the 2 minute warning? I haven't re-watched the game yet, but I remember at one point within the 2 minute warning the refs gave it to NE and there was no upstairs challenge. -
Monday Night Football, Time to Breakout!

We had a lot of guys step up that game. I expect and hope for the same. Some people get realism and pessimism confused. -
Everyone needs to remember a few things: 1)Except for the Arizona game, we've lost close games to good teams, 3 of those on the road. 2)The game is 10% physical and 90% mental, it's hard to imagine the players aren't playing with some fire in them after reading all the gloom here. I'm amazed at how quick some of you are to write off this team and wonder if that lack of enthusiasm by fans has anything to do with teams losing. We've got another MNF game in Buffalo for the 2nd time in 14 years, if there's ever a time to breakout, change momentum, wow a nationally televised audience, show out, excite fans..... it's NOW!

Who Heard Thurman Thomas Last Night?
extrahammer replied to BuffaloBaumer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree. Edwards was bantering on the sidelines, I saw that and immediately thought that's what it takes in a leader. We need more players stepping up like this. I'm surprised Whitner hasn't been stepping up as a leader on defense. As much as he proclaimed this summer we were gonna make the playoffs... -
FIRE JAURON...PUT IN JP....Move to Toronto...PUNT!
extrahammer replied to tennesseeboy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, we're 5-4, time to clean house. No signs of good things in the first half of the season. Edwards has shown no maturity and no potential. Lee Evans isn't performing well. Special teams isn't returning everything for TD's. Our schedule has been too easy except for tough teams like the Jets, Dolphins, Cardinals, and Patriots, all of which could make the playoffs. On goes the delusionitis.... -
This team is still young. They've showed great flashes throughout the early part of the season. You have to be foolish to really think they were gonna go 14-2. I still think this team could beat Arizona in a rematch... and the Jets and Pats games were somewhat close with a few things falling the other way. We've got some easy games coming up, a chance to get back on track, gain some momentum going in the final division games. Who's with me?! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjZRtneSYSk

There has never been a team that started 4-0 in the NFL..

Am I the only one who hasn't liked Warner as an NFL quarterback since his days in St. Louis? I've always thought he was hiding something... -
Not so fast Mr. Brightguy. They've got your tag, vehicle make, I'm sure by now your name, you need to get the airport and get out of the country while you can.
