What about Mike Goff? He's a leader for the Chargers, motivator, and very intense. He's a little older, but if we're looking at this realistically, Ralph isn't going to spend big $$$. Goff could get one last nice contract here in Buffalo.

I'm white and believe or not, my dad raised me to see everyone as equals. Growing up, I learned a lot about the South's Civil Rights era. As I've gotten older, opportunities have taken me all over the country. And the fact of the matter is, there's just as much if not more discrimination in all forms up North as in the South. There's a lot of under the table things going on. I believe Donahoe was feeding Mortensen info when he was here. I'm sure Mort and the guys at ESPN didn't all the sudden lose contact with Donahoe when he left them to come to Buffalo. I'm sure it's the same with Millen. I can't think of a coach offhand that's had his back to the wall like Jauron and actually done well. Next year it will be week to week of bashing. It's a joke.

Jauron being retained means Schonert is on his way out right? Jauron has been with the Bills 3 years, Schonert only 1 year. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmm

The problem is even though we played sub-par teams starting off, we were carrying some momentum for the first time in a long time. It's up to the coaches to keep players focused and keep the momentum going. Confidence can do a lot for a team. It can also do a lot of bad if you're not coaching your players. BTW, were there ANY rb screen passes after week 6?

One thing is for sure, if you think fans are rowdy at the games in Buffalo, wait til they learn the team is moving. Then you'll have a situation on your hands.
