Cincy has a superbowl apperance and another afc title game. We have one afc title game where we got waxed. They're having a down year for sure but it's like the most historic down year ever with how amazing the offense has been and bad their d has been. The Chargers got Harbaugh and things changed immediately. You get the qb with the right coach and gm and ownership doesn't matter. Look at the cowboys...talent everywhere for years but terrible coaching and they suck every year.
