  1. Refs really changed this game.
  2. A Pete Carroll team playing outside the rules? I’m shocked.
  3. Look at Tyler Kroft with that whiff
  4. You do if you do it wrong. And the risk of doing it wrong is much higher than if you kick deep.
  5. https://images.app.goo.gl/6CL5WvSZoQKupsCb8
  6. And they squibbed it and still gave up the score.
  7. This was interesting: "y-Four voters picked ineligible players as second-team linebackers" I'm guessing Judon got a couple of those. Good on whoever organized this to knock him out of consideration. All he does is rush the passer.
  8. The most important players on that line are Jason Kelce and Lane Johnson, and they make the others look better (i.e., good enough to get votes). Johnson missed the last two games of the regular season and is going to try to play in the playoffs with a torn adductor. We'll see how that goes.
  9. The Edmunds hate is a joke. We saw what happened when he was out of the lineup. Milano is 100% deserving, but both of our linebackers are elite and, when both are healthy, greater than the sum of their parts. Almost like Poyer and Hyde.
  10. The only thing I remember about Chris Jones is that he had to trip Josh to even have a chance.
  11. That’s a good question. Wall space is expensive these days. That’s prime advertising space so I wouldn’t be surprised if they replaced it with something else.
  12. The drought happened because our players weren’t very good. I’m not sure there’s an argument to put any of them on the Wall, even though we fondly remember the few who stood out. The players up there now (with the exception of Bob Kalsu, of course) were either part of great teams or put up eye-popping numbers, or both. Byrd should be up there; that’s a terrible oversight. But nobody from the drought era stood out like he did. After that, I’m good with waiting until it’s time to honor the current crop. To add: Moulds was a very good player. But to me he was part of the decline of our franchise after the mid-to-late ‘90s. Same with Ruben Brown. For the most part, the playoff games I remember them playing in were wrenching losses.
  13. Not just among the players. One of my favorite moments from last Sunday was when he slid and got hit by not one but two Bills. Brady and Mahomes get that flag all day long. I actually expected a flag, and when there was none, Mac got up and walked past the ref and you could see he was saying something as he walked by… and the ref completely ignored him. I see from the comments to the article that Pats fans still.have no grip on reality. Someone suggested Belichick will be able to trade Mac to the Raiders for…. “Derek Carr and a third round pick.” 🤣
  14. That clip is especially sad to watch if you know what McMahon’s quality of life is now. The man looked completely lost on the bench and yet even the trainer was like “rub some dirt on it, we got a game to play.” (I don’t know what he said, of course, just going off body language and experience.) Things have come so far. Still got a ways to go, but I hope the events of this season force further change for the better.
  15. I mean….we just did whatever the hell we wanted in that game. Everyone remembers Tindale, but it was 24-0 midway through the second before Timmy even touched the ball. Thurman ran wild, Darick Holmes had a big angry TD run, Tasker caught a bomb from Kelly… it was beautiful. And the defense had Marino whining and blaming almost from the start. I want to see something just like this on Sunday, except more.
  16. Everything is different, but the same... things are more moderner than before... bigger, and yet smaller... there's computers.
  17. Wait, they beat the Ravens in the WC already?
  18. This is if the Chiefs get there. If they don't, then y'all better bundle up. It might be chilly.
  19. The Bears seem to have pretty much abstained from the entire season.
  20. I bet you wouldn’t find a single Dolphins fan who wants to play us at full strength. They’d rather sneak off with a win against a decimated, heat-stricken squad and then yell “no excuses, no excuses!” But of course if they lose they’ll have a laundry list of “reasons, not excuses.”
  21. After we heard for weeks that there were to be No Excuses about the game in Miami? Eff that. They don’t get to have it both ways.
  22. Tell me you haven't seen Animal House without telling me you haven't seen Animal House.
  23. But that's Milano's position, not Edmunds'.
  24. Maybe it's a digital trading card announcement.
