    The cap hit doesnt matter because we will be about 20 million away from the cap, so that isnt a reason for keeping Kelsay around.

    We need a new coach before any upper echelon players come here. Do you think Boldin or Housh want to play for Jauron??? Please, I want a fiery coach in the mold of Lindy Ruff.

    sign Birk and get a center later in the draft and have Birk for the next 2-4 yrs. you dont need a 1st round or 1st off the board center to be successful.

    I really like this move. Especially if we address center and maybe a lb in free agency. Beefing up the d-line tremendously with Raji and Johnson. I know we need a push rush now, but Stroud next to raji sounds pretty tough to stop. Johnson is raw and might take a few years but i like his potential.

    My feeling is that they go DE, Im goin with Michael Johnson. I think the other DE's might be gone when they pick.

    I hear ya. Derek Fine looked serviceable to me. I think that we will either bring in a mid-level free agent or mid round draft pick at tight end, but there is no way we spend a first round pick on that position.

    It WOULD save money..... it would NOT save cap space. The bills would still save millions from the 09 salary that they wouldnt have to pay Kelsay

    He didn't want to come to Buffalo last year and, unless we get say Tom Brady, he wont want to come this yr either

    I don't think the Bills will go after Daniels if it costs a 2nd rounder and a new contract..... I would like them to sign Birk, he's already proven, adds a quality veteran to our O-line, and also frees up a first day pick that we would have used on a C.

    Some good points. I like the raji pick too but he will not be there.I think they will end up with Michael Johnson. I dont think the bills will draft a C in rd 1 or 2 tho. Sign birk and grab one in a later round. As far as schobel goes, that cap figure doesnt matter because we will be nowhere close to the cap. The FO's decision will be based on salary and how healthy he is.

    The 2 firsts is the max tender I believe. I also think that there is a lesser tender that would compensate the team with a pick in which that player was drafted. But i agree there should be something in between for the Undrafted or lower round player that becomes a RFA.

    Did you read the posts above. It would cost NO a couple picks to resign him. They wouldnt draft until Day 2. I dont think Vilma is worth that, they will just go after a different free agent.
