Do you have a link that specifies it has to be an African American as opposed to a minority?     I really don't think grudge is the right word, but I'm not in the room. With Dareus (and Hughes), they showed that they're willing to overlook dumb stuff if the guy can help the team. Maybe there are some conditions as well (such as being on time, playing hard, etc...) but I think that's probably not a bad thing.

    I would prefer EJ start the last game. If it happens, I think it's a decision from Whaley (or above) probably indicating that Marrone is gone at the end of the year.

    It sucks, but I can't blame the team for the decision they made. It's amazing to me that he has not been suspended since leaving here.

    Last week I thought he had probably earned the job next year, now I think he probably has to win next week to have a shot at being retained. It will be interesting to see what happens.
