The 10 longest Home games runs in Buffalo Bills history
Bills fan since 87 replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Kenneth Davis spin and to the house vs the Colts was my first Bills game in Buffalo, I must have been about 13 or 14 then. I remember my dad and i driving down to Utica and then taking a bus out. Walking into that stadium for the first time was magical. I had a broom stick with a horse hanging from it like noose (one of the MANY things you used to be able to bring in but can't now, guy a few seats over had his own case of beer!). The people around me and my dad all wanted to give me a high five. As a kid at his first home Bills game it was an awesome feeling. YEARS later I've probably been to over 100 home games, getting seasons when I moved to Rochester in 2014 aided that. But that drive with my dad from the Airondacks to Utica and then Buffalo, walking into Rich stadium for the first time to see my heroes. Nothing will ever beat that. Aside from winning the AFC Championship in the last game at the old house -
2009 the TO season -Terrel Owens

Got a stitched TO ugly early 2000's jersey in the collection, still. Couldn't stand the dude prior, but once I found out he was coming to Buffalo I loved it. For a moment the spotlight was on us, the irrelevant era had firmly set in, so it felt good. He did have a pretty decent season for us. Had a good listen with him on WGR like 5 or 6 years ago, with Jeremy and Howard. TO recalled his year hear fondly. -
PSL Pricing/Seat Selection Discussion

My call is coming next week, I assume those $750 PSLs will be upper endzone, which is fine by me. LOVE that view when at games, something we've never had in Buffalo, at least not in Rich/Ralph/Highmark, not sure about the war memorial lay out -
When the Bills make the SB this year, what’s your go to?
Bills fan since 87 replied to Billsfed1's topic in The Stadium Wall
My dad is 81, and his health isn't the best. I'll drive back home to the Adirondacks to watch with him. I live in Rochester now and would love to head out to Buffalo to be a part of a watch party but if they make it, I need to watch with him. For all 4 of our Super Bowls in the 90's he had to work, bartending, so i've always hoped that they would make it back so we could watch together. Last years loss to the Chiefs was especially rough, as we were so close and I am not sure how many more opportunities I might have with my dad. -

I wonder how low they will go. I was hoping $500-750 for the endzone/upper endzone area (seats I actually like, it give's you that Madden perspective and allows you to easily see formations). Still waiting on my call though, but I'll probably be one of the last as I am halfway up 339. Geing antsy, I am excited and want to lock the seats in for the new stadium -
Who is going to training camp and what day?
Bills fan since 87 replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
August 3rd. Bringing a buddy of mine and his kid. Last year his son actually got Allens autograph at the end of practice, they were both so exictited. It was awesome. Give my others away (got 6, ST holder) to a former coworker and his boys. -

I would have been 14, I rememember watching this with my Giants fan dad (who eventually became a Bills fan after years of wathching me suffer and be loyal) He went to take a shower before work as Denver lined up to make the game 24-9 and pretty much out of reach as there was no 2pt conversion then. Chaos ensued and when he came back the Bills had a lead. A week later, we were watching the Raiders game and something pulled him away and once again Chaos ensued and the Bills came back. So it became a thing that season, whenever the Bills were down I would tell him he had to leave the room and he obliged. There were a couple other instances, albeit not as dramatic, where it payed off that season. I had mentioned he was a Giants fan, he was bartending for the Sperbowl and we were unable to watch the game togther. After Norwood missed he tried calling me but I didn't answer, still feel a little guilty about that as he wanted to console me, and had been such a good sport when I would send him away in the Bills times of need that season. -

Still 6 for the season ticket holders. -
So, as someone who doesn't listen how can you coment on the content? How do you know what they are and are not talking about?
-
You are 100% right, and even with that said the majority of talk is Bills related, even in the off season

I love WGR. I enjoy the morning and afternoon shows (not so much for one bills live, I avoid that one) I know that's an unpopular opinion in here but I think the complaining is a little over the top. There is a lot I disagree with on those shows and a lot that I agree with. To me that is decent radio. Yes there are some dud segments but there is also some great stuff.

Go Bills!! -
Man I miss Shout! Growing up in the ADKs in the 80's and 90's Shout! was one of my go-to's for Bills news. It would always arrive a week late though, covering a game from 2 weeks back. Still loved it, lots of cool stuff in there, in the days before having everything on your phone.

2025-2026 Schedule Leaks/Rumors
Bills fan since 87 replied to stlbills13's topic in The Stadium Wall
I feel the complete opposite. Unless the Bills are drafting top 10 (not for a looooong time I hope) I feel the draft is a crap shoot and you wont even know the results for possibly years. It's boring to me. But, the schedule release? it makes the seaon real for me, I can start deciding which games I will go to and which I will sell. I can start planning my other life event s around the Bills schedule. I also like to know what the primtime games are , the holiday games, etc Now, a 3 hour show to release a schedule? Stupid. But the relase in on itself > watching teams pick college players who may or may not pan out -
2025-2026 Schedule Leaks/Rumors

Oof. Rams fans will have to be up at 6:30 AM their time for that London game. -
Ronnie freakin' Harmon. I was 13 and my soul was crushed.... Two regular season games stand out for me from that season. The shoot out in Houston, mentioned many times in the random game thread and the loss at a lousy New England. That was the first Bills game I ever attended, we had relatives in Mass at the time and growing up in the Adirondacks I was a long way from the Bills stadium (def one of the reasons why I eventually moved to Rochester, to be closer to the Bills). The NE loss was crushing as I was a kid and we blew a 24-7 lead. I remember walking back to the car with my dad and uncle and then riding back to my uncles place, I never said a word. I was so mad

PSL Pricing/Seat Selection Discussion

I found this concerning, when reaching out today to see when I might be called in to discuss my seats: I’m not sure at this time, but we are hoping to have all members in by the beginning of next season. Once I have a better idea on a timeline I’ll let you know! Um, by the beginning of next season?! What?
