  1. I don't care what offense they run, I just want one that actually works for a change.
  2. I am still mad at the replay officials for f*cking up that call and not reversing it because it was in Tennessee's stadium.
  3. I agree, in addition to that, run plays take much longer to develop in the shotgun.
  4. I have to agree, we all know NFL owners are some of the greediest men in the country (i.e., see Ralph Wilson), but this takes the cake. What is next? O.K. lets pretend here OK, say the Bills were headed to the Superbowl, is the NFL going to tell companies that they can't make shirts that say "Let's Go Buffalo!" on them? This really makes the NFL look greedy, maybe they are going to try to make up for the lost revenue from their biggest mistake in years, this year's Pro Bowl.
  5. I totally agree. The one thing that there were more of than hits on Favre, where mistakes made by the Vikings. That is why they lost, not cheap hits (that weren't cheap) or bad calls, they fumbled, penalized and threw interceptions to lose.
  6. You have to cling to something and Crappy QBs is all we have had for over a decade.
  7. It won't change anything, you can't protect the quarterbacks more than they already do.
  8. I proves nothing at all. Get real. And his name is Peyton not "payton".
  9. I am sure he instructed his defense to hit Favre as much as possible, just like he will tell them to do to Manning, but I seriously doubt he said to try to hurt him. Get real. Maybe if the Bills defense would hit the quarterback a little, they might win a few more games.
  10. Actually Chicago is a proud franchise, but from what I have read in several places, they don't want to work with Jay Cutler.
  11. Trent lacks one thing from being an above average NFL QB: Confidence. Alot of the tools he has he is afraid to use them. Maybe if he had an offensive line that blocked once in awhile he might gain some of that lost confidence and it might cut down on some of his injuries too.
  12. I think you are overreacting quite a bit here. There was nothing wrong with what Williams said, it is a contact sport, and it was said with a sense of humor. The game plan of hitting a quarterback has won them two straight playoff games, and if you can knock Peyton Manning out of the game, or even interrupt his concentration, it greatly enhances your chance of winning. Some people need to get a sense of humor, and quit being jealous that someone who failed miserably here, can go somewhere else and be successful.
  13. Don't like it at all. Not a fan of the stripe design that the Broncos started, where the stripe comes to a point on the side of th pants and under arms.
  14. While I totally agree with everything you said, just a little advice, when you speak honestly about the state of the Bills organization, alot of people who live in a fantasy world on this board don't like it. You will get several people saying you are too negaitive, not a fan, whining, etc.
  15. Who? Who? Who? Who? and Who?
  16. Everything I read elsewhere, if there is a place he is likely to go it would be Minnesota.
  17. I totally agree, you would think if they are already having problems getting a quality D-Coordinator, telling him that he won't have any input on most of his defensive staff isn't going to make it any easier to get a good DC. Kinda backwards, like Snyder D.C.
  18. I don't know if it had anything to do with why they lost the Superbowls, or even if it was how Darren Woodson would know. I do know that a couple years ago at training camp at St. John Fisher, Kelly and Losman were sitting in front of the bleachers while Steve Tasker went around with a microphone and Kelly and J.P. took questions and answered them. At one point, the subject of training camp there compared to Fredonia came up and Kelly said something to the effect that if they had camp in Rochester, they all would have ended up in jail (I guess Fredonia was boring to them).
  19. What would you expect from a former "NBA" player, especially one named Shirley. The majority of people down there couldn't afford condoms even if they wanted to use them. Maybe Shirley's parents should have used a condom.
  20. That would be interesting. That game was kind of the end of an era. Kelly's last game. I was at the game around the 20 yard line in front and when Natrone Means came up flexing his muscles in front of us after scoring a TD, the back of me got a little wet from the beer being thrown at him. Ironically a few years later, the kicker that beat us joined us for a year.
  21. Westbrook has been an awesome all around back, but what recievers has McNabb had with any consisteny since 1999 when he was drafted? T.O. one year, who else?
  22. I agree, in watching him this year, Vick appears to have lost so much with regards to his quick burts and speed. Never was the greatest passer, strong arm but poor accuracy. Unless the Eagles pick up the multimillion dollar option on Vick, he will be a free agent anyway.
  23. We are hiring them because we hired the coach that made them "Not a very good" football program and he is bringing in familiar faces. Don't expect too much this season, brace for serious disappointment.
  24. I would say since Westbrook is probably done, we could send Lynch and a 3rd maybe. Not sure if that would be enough, depending if the Eagles really want to get rid of him to start the Kevin Kolb era in Philly. McNabb only has one year left on his deal, so it might be a good fit if we draft a high QB (Clausen) and have him sit behind McNabb for a year. I would be all for it.
