  1. I would love to have had Sean Payton come here, but we still aren't going to win a Superbowl with the team here. First and foremost, we don't have a QB that is as good as the birthmark on Brees' face, much less on the field. Additionally, nobody knew if he was going to be a good head coach, he was a good coordinator just like many are, and it seems the majority don't fare too well at HC, but he is one of the minority that have. He has done an amazing job in just 3 years there though, 2 NFC Championship games and one Lombardi Trophy in such a short time. His coaching in the Super Bowl was a big reason why they won too, his coaching style in takign chances, and that is a big part of his success. He has turned around what was (until last night) probably the team with the worst history in the league, and now they are Champs.
  2. Expecting more of the same crap. You can say one thing for this team, they are consistent-consistently disappointing.
  3. I agree he is a valuable asset on the field, but my gut is telling me it is only a matter of time before the league doesn't let him on the field for an entire season, and when that happens he won't help us much then.
  4. What should we do witih Lynch? I say have him stand on the curb and hit him with an SUV.
  5. Please, Please, Please let Clausen be available at #9, and please don't let the FO F-Up another draft and pass him over.
  6. I remember watching Floyd Little and he was an excellent running back, but I have to admit, I never thought of him as a Hall of Famer. I would have put him in the came class as backs like Chuck Forman, Calvin Hill, Chuck Muncie, etc., all oustanding players, but not HOFers. The voters are big on not putting in too many in one year from one position, although that has never made any sense to me.
  7. Other than Chan Gailey and DeHaven, has anyone in Buffalo ever even heard of anyone else they hired? Honestly, the majority of their experience is at the college level, whole different game in the NFL.
  8. Someone asked him for his prediction and he gave it, that is talking smack? Hypothetically, say the Bills were in the Super Bowl and Marv Levy said that, would that be talking smack to you? Didn't think so.
  9. About five years after Ralph is gone.
  10. Strippers-Now that is a Spread Offense!
  11. Tebow doesn't have an NFL arm to be the start of anything. Clausen would have the arm to run the spread, although even he is more suited to a Pro Style offense. If they do go to a spread offense, look for Vick or someone like him to come in.
  12. Dude, you aren't very good at recognizing sarcasm are you? Wow you're wound a little tight aren't you?
  13. I sure hope it isn't true. But knowing the Buffalo Bills of the past decade, you wouldn't want anything better than another team's #3 quarterback to be our future signal caller. As bad as Edwards has been, Thigpen might be a step down from him, although he would be better than Brohm, Hamden or Fitzerception. If they were signing him to be a back up to a NFL caliber starter (which we don't have here), then that might not be bad, but if they bring him in as the starter, that would just signal another 3 or 4 years of losing.
  14. He might not be there, but on a bubble? He is the best defensive player we have, if he is on a bubble the whole team is.
  15. I think it means that LB just became a bigger priority than it was. Last year we were converting safeties and pulling free agents off the streets to play LB after injuries. That has to move the LB position to a higher spot on the draft board I would think, maybe right behind QB and Left Tackle. Does that mean that Williams, Stroud and the other guys up front will move to Nose Tackle or does it mean they may be moving out? I think Williams is quick enough for the move, not sure if he is big enough to stuff the middle by himself though.
  16. I have to agree. I have never disliked Whitner and I think he still has potential to be pretty good on the field, but he is starting to get in that category of players that you wouldn't mind if they were gone. He is getting little annoying with his attention starved antics.
  17. To sum it all up=The Dude is Whack Job whose skills are rapidly diminishing, but in his mind he is still in his prime and wants to be paid like it.
  18. Dang, now you are dissing Buffalo. Please stop!!!! You are getting me upset, please stop picking on us!
  19. Which ones did they resign to any sizeable contracts? Beside Ben and Bettis? They might resign some backups to minimum contracts, but the stars almost all walk. Porter, Burress, Randel El, etc.
  20. Wow you found one!
  21. I wouldn't miss him at all, but is enough room in one locker room for Ochosucko's and T.O.'s mouths?
  22. That is as sure of a sign as their ever has been. You got that one right on. Wow? It took the entire length of the playoffs to find a head coach that would come here, did that mean that he was coaching in the playoffs? I don't think so.
  23. Not really, just a retarded post.
  24. The Eagles did put that out, but you can read right through it. They are trying to up the value of Vick hoping to trade him before they decline the option and they get nothing for him. All the writers from Philly to the West Coast have said the same. No way they pay 5.2 million for a player that plays 2-6 plays a game.
  25. Below as in less players voted for them as the worst city, think you are reading it upside down.
