According to some of the locals I met when I was down there last year, the nickname for the area around the stadium is referred to as "Jerry World". Although they didn't call it that as an expression of admiration.

What I'm garnering from this thread is that ideally we'd like Stevie to dress like an 80 year old white guy. Although in the summertime, I've seen way more offensive clothing on some of them than anything Stevie's ever worn.

I'm really not getting the holding out for being the highest paid safety. If Begnini's report is true, and the Bills offered top 4-5 money, I have a hard time putting much blame at the team's feet. To be holding out for almost $10m per is ridiculous.

Not really, other than Mario, our pass rush is a question mark. I'm not ready to cut the second best pass rusher on the team, that we only signed last year, on the hope that a young guy can go the same thing. We've barely seen Anderson anyways because of his injury last year. His salary isn't prohibiting the team from doing anything, and he is a solid vet on a young defense. I don't see any benefit to cutting him.

I want to see if Marrone puts a lipper in during games. And if so, how big is the wad. Well that and how exactly Pettine lines up the D. I'm as fascinated by what some of these formations are going to look like as I am by how the D will actually perform.

I've never seen a fan base that tries as hard to talk themselves into hating all their good players as much as this one does. Hockey or football, it doesn't matter. We actively seek out reasons to crap all over our guys.

What about the fact that its June and he created a picture that probably took all of 5 minutes to make. He's never given anyone a reason to question his commitment to the team. Yes his job is to play football, but he's also a human being. They are allowed to have other interests and occasionally do other things besides studying the play book and lifting weights.
