  1. Hogans horrendous fold under pressure yesterday really changed my opinion about TJ.
  2. Sadly, I LOLed when I read the title of this post.
  3. The whole regime knew they had to swing for the fences to have any shot at staying. Should have traded a 1 and a 2 for Romo. Could have been done.
  4. Is the 8 year veteran Easley going to see action at wideout?
  5. Cut Hogan please. This is what you get from hogan with everything on the line.
  6. A lot of the hate emerges from what Pettine was able to accomplish by comparison. Pettine was able to recognize the strength of his players and play to those strengths. several under his leadership - mcKelvin, a Williams, Dareus, turned their careers around. Hacket is not able to identify or play to the strengths of his players. Consequently, capable players run the risk of being run out of the league under Hacket.
  7. Watching the old tapes one of the great things about Jimbo is that his QB play really softened up the running lanes. You had to respect his ability to strike you dead in the 10+ yard range. Manuel's QB play as it stands actually clogs up the running lanes.
  8. My goal this year is somehow get to 5-7 and stay mathematically alive in December.
  9. I can't believe how good jim kelly was in retrospect.
  10. #12 all time in yards per punt return. Not too shabby. http://m.pfref.com/m?p=XXleadersXXpunt_ret_yds_per_ret_career.htm
  11. Put NEW YORK on the helmets. That will get more attention than another blackout uni.
  12. Dude, last time a team had 2 legit no 1s was carter, moss. Maybe Harrison Wayne circa 05
  13. Exactly. While we all like the hogan story, I see a guy who will catch the ball (maybe every time) a yard from the first down and get tackled every time a yard from the first down.
  14. He just took another sack.
  15. Agreed. At least last year they had two players with the capacity to step up and make a play to win the game. One of these players was lost to free agency. The other was lost to a season ending injury.
  16. I don't think you hate Tuel per se. You hate our QB situation in which a QB of the ilk of Tuel must be considered as a potential starter.
  17. Does that count the 3rd one where the defender in a vanilla preseason scheme did nothing on the play except drop back away from the online and react to EJs throw?
  18. I hope so and recall Levitre literally got reverse pancaked his first preseason play.
  19. With the level of investment in the intelligence, it baffles me how Cyrus could be slotted a 2 and Seantrel a 7.
  20. A flat out Wiff on an early second rounder.
  21. Shawne Merriman, 2 sacks and a hurry in 3 plays v. The Bears. Made it to the cover of the Bills site that night. Never to be heard from again.
  22. The whole D should sit 'til week 1. I've seen enough. Stay healthy!!!!
  23. Bills defense v. the run (YPA) during teds tenure: 95 7 96 1 97 6 98 15 (5th in yards) 99 3 00 4 01 24 (after departure) Chicago in 00 v run (before ted): 19 yards, 10 YPA Chicago in 01 with Ted: 2 yards, 4 YPA In 02 (Ted injured) 26 yards, 15 YPA. NWE 2002 v run before Ted: 31 yards 29 YPA With Ted (at 35) in 03: 4 yards 6 YPA. I have not looked at the Ted effect in his early career.
  24. London Fletcher. Now there's an interesting one. If he was drafted anywhere in the first round he would be a shoe in for the Hall. But because he was an undrafted free agent it took years for people to acknowledge he was good and a decade to get any real respect.
