  1. Not a bad thought. It's not hard to keep track of three players. We wouldn't need any special system.
  2. After last night we are down to 3 survivors!!! Do we declare them all victors and let everyone else back in or do we play it out?
  3. Next year I can make it 1:00pm Sun. That's the only other current option. It seems to me you should be able to pick an unplayed game as long as one is available to pick from, but it's not my code.
  4. Only 7 remain after two weeks! 70 players eliminated in this week's massacre... If this ends shortly, I'll restart the pool.
  5. Yay me. Ha! That's the first thing that came to mind.
  6. Thanks heavens for the few remaining people back there that I haven't pissed off... That would have been a hefty cab fare.
  7. and thank you for manning the grill! Nope. We're good. If there are any remaining reimbursements to be made - I'll gladly cover those.
  8. and BTW, it's a huge danger to try and list all the great contributions on such a day... If anyone was overlooked - please forgive me/us... and Jack, nice call on the 15x15 tent... Well played.
  9. Ha! Gotta be money or package - right? I don't know about you, but I definitely know I out-kicked my own coverage. (I wish she would join us again one of these years)...
  10. I'm not sure what you are talking about. I'd shut down the board before he was ever banned. He just forgets his password every 5 years...
  11. A great big thank you to all of those who cooked and brought food to share. Not everyone is either capable or talented enough to contribute in that capacity. I would say this was probably the most diverse, highest quality food spread we had ever had. I personally had: Stromboli Bacon, cheese, bagel breakfast sandwich Home made garbage plate Grilled corn (sounds simple - but the corn was amazing) Hotdogs/hamburgers Jello shots A shot of moonshine I couldn't stuff in another bite and that was without tasting the bacon wrapped venison. We came within $10 of what we owed Hammer, so that was spot on. I also tossed in $20 for the jello shot syringes (those bad boys are 50 cents each!) I think 200+ were made? The canopy city worked well to keep people out of the rain. The parking arrangement was perfect. I think we need some background music for next year. I"ll work on that. Tickets were awesome. That saved a lot of people a lot of money by not having to go to the open market. Should have name tags next time. I didn't ask Jack how much he put out for the water/gatorade. All in all, a great day - even with the misty weather.
  12. I have a box of stuff too that Deborah wants gone...
  13. Tons of fun - don't miss out! Pick 'em: http://football.fant...ister/joingroup Group: 33486 Pass: 2015 Survivor: http://football.fant...ister/joingroup Group: 17451 Pass: 2015
  14. So, instead of a dunk tank - we have a sit and spin?
  15. I will ask Hammer to park us in a U shape that will give us a nice central area. We did it two years ago and it was perfect.
  16. 3??? Jesus. Were these for auctions?
  17. Does anyone have an ION Rocker bluetooth speaker? The big ones used for parties?
  18. Will be there. May not be a tent. Cars will be parked in a U-shape next to road with common area. Should see a big ass grill. Everyone should really park at Hammer's. Ditch those other places.
  19. Also, I would be happy getting a ginormous amount of hot dogs, buns, etc...
  20. Is Hammer getting the large grill?

  22. Thanks. FYI, although I have managed to reduce costs with the recent server change - It still costs me over $2500 to host this website, paid for by advertisers. In previous years I was paying $4k+ per year. Think about that before you publicly gloat about using resources for free.
  23. Normally, it is "You do you"...
  24. This will come across as insulting, but please don't take it that way. Think of this as an intervention. After reading this thread, it is clear that you are TERRIBLE at math and logical reasoning. Scary-assed terrible. $1900 of credit card debt is the least of your worries at the moment. You cannot be fixed through a message board, but follow the advice given by KD. Whatever he has written, just do that. After that is accomplished you need to enroll in some sort of financial education course at your community college, or buy some books on basic financial literacy. You will bleed far more money than what it would cost to get a simple education on these matters. The world is going to hurt you until you figure out what the hell is going on. Of course, you don't know what you don't know and that's what you should be afraid of. To use an analogy, think of it this way. You are down by a touchdown and there's three seconds left on the clock. You are 40 yards from the end zone. Your financial logic is equivalent to handing it off to the fullback over the right guard and not knowing what's wrong with the play call. Best of luck.
