Just a regular season win but it feels like the Bills cleared a hurdle

I got the original joke. I liked the original joke. This use of “trope” and “irony” is spectacular. -
The Refs and this “rigged” league UPDATED 12/7 end of Raiders game

All year long this has been going on. When Cook had a 10 yard run to the Bengals 20 after an int. yesterday they immediately called holding and moved the ball back to the 40. They never showed a replay, They never showed a replay of the holding penalty on the Cook reviewed fumble by the goal line either. Good thing we have Josh Allen. -

They’ll retool for next year. Then we can hear about how “they’re back!”

No they don't.

In most sims I run this morning KC makes it as a 7th seed. Basically if they beat the Chargers next week they are in good shape, because there are not actually that many wildcard contenders. They have basically no chance to be better than the #7. In most situations I have the Bills going 2-2 from here it makes them the 6th seed and there is basically a 50/50 chance that is @ Houston (ugh) or @ Jacksonville (bogey team). However, if the Bills go 3-1 they are almost certainly the 5th seed. Then @ Pittsburgh is the most likely but both Baltimore and (unbelievably) Cincy are still alive. I have Cincy as an 8-9 division champ possible. Even if the Bills win out they cannot beat New England to the division unless New England loses to the Ravens AND one of the Jets / Dolphins which I just don't see.

Assuming Kc, Baltimore and Cincinnati are out I got Buffalo, Houston and Pats in tier 1. Id favor buffalo by just a little because of their oline, tes and QB pedigree. Buffalo can generate a dangerous 4 man pass rush if bosa and oliver are healthy... Pats have an excellent young QB and nice weapons. They're excellent at corner. If they get the 1 seed anything can happen Houston is extremely tough, excellent defense but I'm just not sure they've the full offensive package to get to the super bowl. Then I have Denver and Jacksonville in tier 2. I don't trust their QBs, although they're talented Pittsburgh/ LA chargers in tier 3 Steelers are a little underrated because they still have a legitimate QB with a lot of experience and solid vets on defense. I know nobody takes them seriously but they could surprise ppl in a playoff atmosphere Chargers could surprise and have a good QB If Cincinnati or Kc got in relatively healthy, they're in tier 1. Cincinnati if they would've won today might have been the most dangerous team in the playoffs. Burrow was 8-0 in his last 8 starts and their QB/ passing game is the best in the NFL imo. That's is not anything close to a 4-8 team. -

Yeah, another good thing. He's worse than Mills was against us. -
If the Chiefs did indeed miss the playoffs, that would guarantee that the Bills record of appearing in 4 straight Super Bowls would still stand.

The bandwagon, empty for so many years, is picking up passengers.

It’s clear that under the very thin pretext of wanting to talk football with/ understand the perspective of another fan base, this guy is here just to wallow in our misery anytime the bills lose to the patriots. Why join an opposing team’s message board? There’s something just pathetic about it…

Texans are getting hot at the right time, and it seems we have no answer for them -
I heard she loves Genessee Cream Ale.

It seems Almost every game the announcer will comment that few QBs (or humans) can make that throw.

How do we feel about Higgins playing most of the game concussed?

Like the Tagioviola situation the league should investigate. -
This. All anyone ever talks about is their schedule. They weren't good last year so like everyone in the NFL..you get the schedule based on your record. No one expected them to win 10 plus games. It wasn't like they were a playoff team or on the verge to be a playoff team last year and the NFL gifted them their schedule.. Every year some teams get a easy schedule.

The point you are (wilfully) missing is I said if the Bills dip a bit below their best then they can lose to any of New England, Denver or Jacksonville. That is what happened when we lost to you earlier in the year, the Bills made mistakes, dropped a bit below their best and when they do that they are vulnerable. They have been all year. And they are horribly inconsistent. What I am saying is every team turned up in the playoffs and played their absolute best game then the only team that would have a chance to beat the Bills is Houston because that pass rush vs our tackles is a major advantage for them. The Bills have lost playoff games to the Chiefs where they have played really, really well and still lost. I don't see a situation against Pats, Boncos, Jags where a playoff game finishes and I think "man the Bills played great and still lost." The Bills could easily lose to New England next weekend. They could also easily beat them. It depends which version of the Bills turns up.

It is, but sadly they have 7 or so years of dominance, 4 playoffs wins over Buffalo and 3 SB to show for the dynasty. I am sure it makes things easier to swallow for both the team and the fans. Still very enjoyable though Let's hope the Bills can something on their own this year. -

I read somewhere that had the bills not traded for diggs in 2020 that Higgins was their target its insane how good he is. I’ve seen him play without chase and this dude is a number one receiver on 25 teams in the nfl. (Certainly ours) -
How could Texans be the only team with a puncher's chance when they have a lesser record than New England, and lesser QB, and will barely make it in the playoffs?... 🤦♂️ And if Patriots already beat Buffalo in the regular season wouldn't that mean not only do they have a punchers chance but they already proved they could in a tough environment? I'm pretty sure Diggs and Hollins will be motivated again. I'm also sure they will be motivated to still be underdogs in their house after being a team in THEIR house.

As Yogi Berra (or was it Yogi Bear) said “It ain’t over til it’s over”. They could still be 10-7 and get a wild card.
