Rhodes? Has he not been playing very well? Haven't seen much of the games.

How long do you think Belichik would have a non-productive safety like Whitner on his team let alone Ellison.

With Wilfork and Seymour up front Whitner would look like Ed freaking Reed on the Patriots. Instead he's force to play 6 yards from the LoS because our front 3 of our front 4 are craptastic!

What team are you watching? I am not sure 1/2 our startes would even make the Steelers squad. The saddest part is our rookie guard may be the best talent on offense. Lynch, Stroud, Evans, McKelvin, Mcgee, Owens, and Wood are the only guys that would even make the Patriot's roster. How long do you think Belichik would have a non-productive safety like Whitner on his team let alone Ellison.

In an attacking scheme, Whitner would probably be a beast. In our passive Tampa-2, which we've all come to absolutely hate, he has to sit back. What a joke our team is!

there's only 80...make sure you don't count the names that appear more than once for players that play multiple positions...I did that my first time counting and was like wtf..then I was like dumb-ass, some of the players are listed 2 times...mostly the LB's and OL

Thanks for the tip...I went back and counted 80! Anyways I guess we have to refine this to 5. Sorry everyone. But the next one will be 22.

I can't see the Bills keeping Omon and cutting Rhodes. Rhodes is a veteran back with playoff experience. Omon shows nothing and was the cause of a couple of sacks by missing blitz pickups. I hope the Bills follow the Patriots lead and keep players based on their talents and not their draft .

Just remember Denney plays ST also. That adds to the equation...however you may be right. Or maybe just maybe kelsay and denney stay and so long schoebel.

Two other points:

Denney plays the Run much better than Kelsay

Denney costs about 1/3rd of what Kelsay makes.

I think it is time for Kelsay to go. The team has to start moving on from underachievers.

The same goes for Youbouty.....The Defensive backfield is too crowded with Lankster and Byrd vying for spots on the 53 man roster....Sure youbouty has been good when not injured.

schoebel and kelsay, would save millions and could be replaced with a couple of de's cut by other teams

Cap is not an issue and Schobel may return to form don't need you guys calling them idiots in a month or so when Schobel would be putting up #'s on another team. (for doing what you thought they should do)lol

I agree with you mostly - I just think loser is harsh- to me Schobel is a symptom of the Bills organization hesitancy to pay top dollar to great talent- they end up paying 3 or 4 mediocre players more than they're worth.

Schobel is one of the top DE's in the Game thats why he gets the big bucks

Hence the reason he has never been a captain.

If you remember when we weren't as bad we had one of the leagues top defenses and Aaron Schobel was on one of the best D-lines in all of football we had two great guys now we have 1 so they can stop him we still haven't seen the guy play next to Stroud and we were 4-0 with him in the line-up must count for somethin

6 yards? Our lb's are 6 yards back, Whitner is more like 20. Oddly enough the middle of the field is open all night.

I have seen his name pop up a couple times in this post...but, I do NOT think that Brandon Rodd will get the axe. I thought I have read or heard that he has been playing the 2nd string Center throughout camp. He can also play both guard positions.

I very highly doubt they cut this guy, if these notes are true about him.

He's playing because we have nobody else to put in games. McKinney has now taken over the 2nd string center spot and is the first player off the bench at either guard position. Rodd is probably gone.
