  1. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/121908-gaither-on-the-outs-in-baltimore/ Way to be original with your post...it was a horrible DECISION to start a new thread on this same topic!
  2. Of course they would...I mean look at what they did with the recent #9 they wasted... The proof is in the pudding...right below your post in your signature! Is he that stupid?! 8/28/2010 - C.J. Spiller: "I like the direction we are going. If we can stay healthy, we can be a very explosive team. We can be one of the best in the NFL, if not The Best.. The main thing is staying healthy and staying humble."
  3. The NBA is in the best shape of all the 4 major sports if you ask me. Nobody cares about hockey. Football is ruining itself. Baseball has always sucked. The NBA has amazing rivals and headlines. I think it has gotten better!
  4. Maybe Buddy saw it playing out like this...therefore, he thought they should wait, saving the draft picks and contract extension money. Which, if true...Buddy looks like a complete and total GENIUS!
  5. So what do you want him to do? Lie and say they ARE doing things right...and look like an even bigger fool? I would say he was pretty much dead-on.
  6. Ray Lewis CAN be a loud-mouth...because he can back it up and is one of the best players to put on an NFL uniform, EVER! Too bad there is not a single player on the Bills team who we can even HOPE to say that about some day...we have not had a player like that since Bruce Smith!
  7. You do realize that the link is the VERY first one on the front page right? Is Wood a "dead ringer" for that kid...or is Chris Kelsay a "dead ringer" for Henry Rollins?
  8. Yeah and if you listened to ANYTHING he said...he clearly stated that "tough hits" and playing "tough" are a part of the game and what these guys pride themselves on. Dirty, cheap shots have no place in the NFL, or the game of football. Both Schlereth and myself agreed on exactly what you just said.
  9. I have NEVER EVER liked this guy...but I have a new found respect for him, after seeing this video. http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=5706315 I whole-heartedly agree with him...both on the stance of the hits and on the stance of taking care of former players. THE NFL NEEDS TO REVISIT SOME THINGS AND GET IT RIGHT!
  10. Wow that is funny! I bet Willis has a HUGE game against us...it will be embarrassing. We don't even know what those are...how to identify one...and if we did, we wouldnt know how to use it!
  11. Awesome as in Jamarcus Russell and Darren McFadden?
  12. Only thing is...that once-in-a-lifetime type player came out a few years ago...his name was Reggie Bush. Then another came out, his name was Chris Johnson. Then came out Percy Harvin, another one of them types of players. Then another named CJ Spiller...but he was not alone, he was joined by players IDENTICAL to him...Jahvid Best and Dexter McCluster. Out of those 6 players...Buddy ended up with the worst one! (He spent a #9 overall on a 4th rounder and 6th or 7th rounder!)
  13. Actually I cant think of any? Travis Henry...maybe! Pacman Jones has 1 daughter. Albert Haynesworth has 2 sons and 1 daughter. Marshawn Lynch has ZERO kids as far as I know. Where do you get your information?
  14. At least Chan shouldn't have a problem choosing a "scat-back" or "waterbug" out of that group! (And I cannot believe there is a kid from Florida on that roster? Is that weird, or just me...A kid from Florida playing for ECCC?)
  15. Did you forget about the last time an undrafted free agent started out at RT for us? He then transformed into a Pro-Bowl caliber LT... Then you all ran him outta town!
  16. Former #1 Ryan Leaf is available...is he worth a look? The only reason he EVER made it, was because Parcells and his Father were friends.
  17. No...I actually meant people in the school. That might be the 1 reason he is not playing football right now, nobody ever cared about him enough to help him with his academics. I could only do so much, as I was looked at more as an older brother, than a mentor, coach or teacher. Everyone was always so quick to blame him for acting up in school as well. I worked in the school, I went to that school...I know how they are. We never had a black kid on the basketball team til Gist came along, and he still did not play much, being one of the better players. Two boys I graduated with were amazing basketball players, but they were black. So they never made the team. Canandaigua was happy with the recognition Kaheem Gist got them, they did not care what happened to him after that 2007 football season. But what I was actually saying was that some kid from a small town in Upstate NY, looked just as good playing high school football as Barry Sanders JR.
  18. Here is a kid I coached and mentored, he grew up with my cousin (QB #12)...and he could have been something special with the right people in his corner. Kid had speed like I have NEVER seen before...and he was NOT big AT ALL! Kaheem Gist senior season highlights. First team All-fingerlakes, All-Greater Rochester, and All-State. Figerlakes and All Greater Rochester player of the Year. 2,300 yrds and 42 TD's senior year, sectional record 449 yrds and 7 TD in one game, scored 7 TD in a single game twice, too many records to list. Canandaigua Football was one of, if not the best team in all of New York State that year too! http://www.mpnnow.com/sports/x1375679850 Gist, by all measuring sticks, was having a fine senior campaign as the Braves completed a 6-0 regular season that included a second straight Finger Lakes East championship. He ran for 1,082 yards and scored 16 TDs in those six games, numbers that basically were expected from the third-year starter. However, it’s been the postseason where Gist has really made his mark and drawn attention from around the state. They say special players step up at special times, so how’s this: In four win-or-go-home games — three in the Section 5 Class AA tournament and then last weekend’s state qualifier — Gist has accumulated an additional 1,092 yards to go with those 18 touchdowns. That’s an average of 273 yards and over four scores per game. Not even his two all-time favorite running backs — LaDainian Tomlinson and Marshall Faulk — can boast of four-game stretches like that.
  19. Or get Graham Harrell, draft Taylor Potts and hire Mike Leach!
  20. What is wrong with what he said? He is only speaking the truth, it is going to be rough for the Bills. I don't understand how some people can find something wrong with what he said, then grasp at anything to make him sound bad. Bottom line is, he is one of the best players EVER in the NFL...and would have certainly been one of the ALL-TIME GREATS if he ever wore a Buffalo Bills uniform. Only thing is...he has way too much heart, passion and intensity to play for the Bills. If he came to us now...he would INSTANTLY become the face of the franchise and our BEST player. Hands down. *** Ray Lewis...I love how YOU play the game!
  21. Yeah, Flacco and Sanchez are AVERAGE QB's!?! That may be the stupidest thing I have read here today...and I even read that Jake Locker is gonna be an NFL Hall of Famer!
  22. Hall of Famer? LOL! Will he be inducted the same year as JP Losman's beard or Trent Edwards' hair?
