Not bad - some good free shows at TATS - very excited to see Zappa Plays Zappa returning for an encore. Bruce Hornsby & Robert Cray should be good, too.

I'd check out Robert Randolph & the Family Band, too, if I were you.

BTW, "TATS"? I thought is was "breasts".

:worthy: Likewise.

And there are lots of 'em to gaze upon, every Thursday at breasts! :worthy:

(Speaking of breasts, spoke w/The Cocktail Nazi earlier - she sez hello!)

Thanks. I owe her a call, too.

Wow - I can't believe the Black Crows, The Wallflowers and Bruce Hornsby are playing free concerts now.

Not 'free' to them - they get paid.

(Last summer, BuffTown was the only 'free' venue on Dweezil Zappa's worldwide tour - I'm still wondering how we score some of these major acts for our little summerfest.)

Gotta say more impressed with Buffalo Place Rocks the Harbor, I would go see Black Crowes, Mule, and Wallflowers in a heartbeat.

Thursday at the Square

July 16: George Clinton & Parliament/Funkadelic

Ok going to watch PCU now, back in an hour and a half.

Holy Hell!

Disco Biscuits Kick Ass Live....

Robert Randolph....I think i have pimped them enough

Medeski Martin & Wood and Umphrey's Mcgee....The U is also an unreal live show...Disco Biscuits and Umphrey should tour together, they do a killer Beatles/Pink Floyd set(Brain Damaged Icemen

Gov't Mule!!! Warren Haynes....'nuff said

Someone said they weren't impressed? Pull your head out of the sand...there is some damn good music coming around....

She is awesome with the New Pornographers....solo stuff is awesome as well...

I like Neko Case, she has such a smooth, silky voice.

Not sure if Thursday in the Square is the best venue to see her though.
