Isn't this what we did 3 -4 years ago/ Get rid of the older players and bring in exciting rookies? Isn't this what we said before, " I rather pick and watch rookies compete because they will only get better with playing time. " Are these not the rookies from then that have not progressed any further. there is no true way of knowing which rookies will make it and which will not? We have some good ideas but injuries and personal problems have destroyed many a promising career.
