Global temperatures have decreased over the past 10 years but you won't hear that from the MSM. Once this fact gets out and average temps continue to fall, I'm sure they will find some simulation or climate model that relates CO2 to global cooling. All of this wasted time, energy and money over things we can't control. It is climate change and the average earth temperature have risen, not fallen despite your so called facts. Got it. PubMed is a database of scientific research papers. ScienceDaily is a compiler site for science news. ScienceBlogs is a set of blogs from respected academics. I probably looked at many more of the links in Erynthered's list than he did, and even looking at the first ten...the first four are youtube videos (and without looking at the videos I believe some are links to the same one), the fifth link speaks for itself really if you click on it, the sixth is a rambling opinion piece, 7 and 8 are by Lindzen who actually is a scientist but is known more for claiming global warming (and the link between tobacco and cancer, hahaha) is a hoax, the 9th is a Holcomb's Arm-like stat dance that doesn't really do much to dispell anything, and the 10th link crashed my browser. Seriously, if you actually go to the literature on this topic the number of scientific papers crossing a vast number of disciplines will give you a better idea of how on the fringe these people are. Extreme wet, extreme dry, extreme heat, extreme cold. So I proved a point. Every time extreme weather happens it can be blamed on Global Warming or now called "Climate Change" since global warming might not happen at all. Katrina, global warming, tornados, global warming, hurricanes, global warming California wild fires, global warming. on and on and on. Who cares about the recorded history of the earth now some 4 billion years old. The earth has cooled and warmed up probably a million times during it’s life with no help from humans. Now that we have been burning fossil fuels for 100 years, all of a sudden we are the cause of a .5 degree increase in average temperature.
