The only thing bad with this pick up at this point in the season is the amount of time he and Josh have to know each others tendency's, it was the same thing with Cooper last season they just didn't have enough time together to maximize their comfort level or trust with each other .

I have always wondered why they didn't bring Cooper back, probably money but if given more time to jell I believe Cooper could have been much better than more than a few that are out there this season & as I said I feel this might be the same thing that could happen with Hardman

I hope not but Josh has no idea how he runs routes and Hardman has no idea what Josh likes so at the very least it's gonna take a minute for any kind of chemistry to develop but his speed is definitely (as long as Brady uses it the right way) is needed to open the field up or at least the threat of it .

I hope it happens sooner rather than later !!!

Just have Hardman run deep and Allen throw the ball as far as he can and let him run under it. How hard can this be to try 2-3x a game? At least it will force the D to back off a little.

There's the gimmick play.  They're quietly going to give Hardman #0, and hope that teams don't catch on for a while.  He'll still have to be fast, since Brady still won't let anyone go long.

No, he's just a decoy to ride the pine.  Psy ops. 🤨

ANYTHING beats the current philosophy…

Brady’s offense =

1st down: run with Cook (hopefully it’s a good one)

2nd down: pass to WR behind the sticks

3rd down: Give the ball to Josh Allen and pray

For once, I'm REALLY hoping he's right

it would be nice if the coaching staff cooperated because at this point we have nothing to lose by playing him 50% of the snaps immediately

IF Palmer is ready and IF Gabe is ready...

Shakir

Palmer
Hardman

Davis

Moore

Samuel
Shavers
Coleman

At some point, it’s just Brady.

No WR seems to be able to do anything of note in this system.

Im all for getting to a point where our WR room is Gabe/Palmer on the outside, Shakir in the slot, Hardman as PR/KR speed option, Samuel existing and Coleman for whatever.

I just don’t know that I should expect anything different with a mid collection of WR musical chairs when every guy we have performs 50% less than their history indicates they can under Joe Brady.

I mean McDaniel in NE doesn't seem to have any issues getting his guys wide open and I wouldn't say that is a massive collection of talent. Sure they got Diggs, but he is a possession receiver for the most part now. Other than that they have a bunch of JAGs

The routes dont seem to be ones that generate separation. I dont have all 22 so cant speak for every play. But it seems most of the times our routes are not even run at full speed. They are hooks into zones and comebacks, they are short slow hitches. It seems like every play is designed for the ball to go to a primary target and everyone else is a safety valve just standing in a spot. Then you have the two and three guys in the same area. It looks like a mess. Would love to sit in on the meetings to see if this mess is by design or if there is something not translating. Because at this point our offense success comes from good running game by Cook, Allen scrambles and runs or Allen scrambles around and we hit the backyard football pass. Rarely do we see success in the passing game that looks in rhythm - Josh sees guy throws ball to open receiver (unless its the wr screen of course).
