Cash Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Now that we know the initial 53-man roster, and the practice squad is set, it's prediction time. This is the time every year that I make my one (1) prediction for the Bills regular season. My track record is pretty good - I'm generally +/- 1 win from the Bills' actual total. (Full disclosure: I was off by 2 last year. If we'd made the Cooper trade in preseason, I would've kept my streak alive, but such is life.) I don't go game-by-game; instead I try to look holistically at the Bills as a team for the full season. I do take overall strength of schedule into account, but upsets happen both ways, so I think it's futile to predict the results of each week well in advance. Likewise, injuries happen, guys have big games here and there, etc. There's some averaging out, but overall a really good team tends to win more than a fairly good team, which tends to win more than a mediocre team, and so on. So with that preamble aside, I'll go on record: I'm predicting 12 wins from the Bills this year. Quote

Ethan in Cleveland Posted 57 minutes ago Posted 57 minutes ago (edited) Before camp I was thinking 14 - 3, but the injuries have swapped some of my enthusiasm. Probably an overly emotional reaction but the injuries have made the defensive backfield a disaster in the making, and with questions at WR and PK its hard to stay so optimistic. I am going to say losses to Baltimore, Philadelphia, and KC all at home and then a weird loss at Atlanta. Lots of worry going into week 17 after a third home loss to the Eagles. But Allen puts on a show and they crush the Jets clinching home field. Division playoff game is a rematch with the Bengals and the AFC Championship is a McDermott career defining game against the Chargers. Win and he's coach for the foreseeable future. Lose at home to Harbaugh and they decide to part ways with McDermott. In short, 13-4 with 3 home losses which sucks for the fans but still gets them home field. D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted 54 minutes ago Posted 54 minutes ago (edited) I going with 13-4/14-3. I think the early schedule, even if we lose week 1, should help us get off to a great start. Thus, the rest of the schedule which is tougher, should be complimented by developing younger players being more productive. Edited 54 minutes ago by D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Quote
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted 49 minutes ago Posted 49 minutes ago 11. Losses to Philadelphia, Baltimore, one to NE, Buccaneers, Bengals and Texans Quote
Johnnycage46 Posted 37 minutes ago Posted 37 minutes ago I went with 12 on the poll. But I would have picked 11-13 wins if that were an option. We've been either 11 wins or 13 wins since 2020 and I expect that to continue (actually just checked and we've alternated 13 and 11 each year since 2020 lol). Quote
