They can move wherever they want. They can’t move and won’t move to deep blue ***t holes bc their governments of commies have made it impossible to want to live there. Thus the exodus. But the millionaire politicians have it good so they don’t care. They have job security and generational wealth. The AVERAGE home price in California is over $780,000. https://www.zillow.com/home-values/9/ca/ They simply need more housing units.

They do need more homes, which has been rue for at least 20 years. They also need to lower the administrative cost of building a home, no one outside government benefits from adding 100k to the cost because of paperwork. 1

That’s literally it. FL has a house for every 2.3 people, California has a house for every 3 people. Nothing drives up costs more than scarcity

The bill Newsome just signed killing CEQR requirements is a good start. 1 hour ago, Orlando Buffalo said: FL has a house for every 2.3 people, California has a house for every 3 people. nedboy7 Posted July 1 Posted July 1 Hasn’t it been due to federal relief? However, this surplus is projected to be short-lived. Without changes to spending or revenue, Florida could face a $2.8 billion deficit in the following fiscal year (2026-27), and a $6.9 billion deficit in 2027-28

All because the dum ass libs allowed a bunch of illegal immigrants into the country and giving them free housing so they can get more free votes so they have to build a bunch of apartment complexes to house them all so they can get them out of the "free" hotel space that they took up . Then the fact that those that are wising up to the tax structure in Cali, NY, Chicago, Seattle, Conn, & other places moving to states like Tenn, Fl, Ala, & others that are bringing in industry and are better suited to keep their money and so they have to build more housing to accommodate those running from the higher taxed states .

When asked about the $24 billion dollars Gavin Newsom “lost” meant for the homeless, he says “$24 billion is missing because it's wasted. They cannot even show it. They cannot even have any accountability. But this has been going on for 20 years now” No accountability = stolen He explains how California Democrats created the cost of living crisis, and says they created the circumstances that made an apartment that used to cost $600 now cost $3,000
Orlando Buffalo Posted July 11 Posted July 11 I am hearing that there is a real push to eliminate the property taxes in FL, which I am surprisingly against since I have not seen the balance of how we pay for everything. If it is simply a raise in sales tax that is fine but I want to see the numbers before going forward.

That being said we currently have 15 billion is surplus from the past 4 years so a couple of lean years won't kill us, unlike CA which has a best case scenario of bad time ahead.

I think anyone who questions the maga narrative is automatically a liberal right? The brain washed can’t even consider anything that doesn’t come from the mouth of their demigod. It’s pretty obvious to everyone not in the cult. You’re either in the cult or liberal thrash. Beyond ***** stupid. 1

Beyond ***** stupid. If Florida Taxwatch is not liberal, then go to their website and tell me what actions they are promoting that you disagree with? But the concept that it is MAGA or liberal is so mentally stunted, I have stated several times this year I disagree with Trump, you can disagree but when you are batting single digits that makes you liberal.

Similar to claiming anything that doesn’t fit the maga narrative is fake news. Like criticizing the administration for their response to Texas floods as being fake news or playing politics. MAGA is the definition of batting single digits. We have a president who wants to revoke people’s citizenship for comments he didn’t like. You support this idiot. You shouldn’t be talking about who’s batting in single digits. Edited July 14 by nedboy7

Respectfully, if the subject is math, I'm not sure you're qualified to comment. There's just no way to make it feasible, unless you have something so special (weather or beaches or crazy) that outsiders are willing to pay way more than they do to come down to visit.

I asked you to explain why they weren't liberal and you couldn't do it, just admit they are liberal.
SectionC3 Posted July 14 Posted July 14 This is probably why Trump and Epstein hung out there together so much. They knew that no icy would follow up on all the scummy stuff the did together.
Orlando Buffalo Posted July 15 Posted July 15 WTF are the rest of you allowing to happen to your states?
