Your posts (reposts) imply that the epstein amendment somehow killed the bill. it didn't. They voted that out separately and before the final vote on the Genius bill . nor did the Genius bill kill the amendment. Chip Roy and the other R's on the committee did. We still don't have a definitive diagnosis (dementia has multiple causes) but dementia follows a slow and progressive course. https://www.dementiacarecentral.com/aboutdementia/facts/stages/ He may have been in stage 1 to 3 on election day 2020 based on his debate performances.. Those stages are extremely difficult to diagnose. Even stage 3 lasts at least 2 years. No doubt, we should have been told about his decline while in office. Hiding it was inexcusable.
