When states mandate minimum wage increases it can look good on those charts.  They are still at the bottom of the income letter and still under the poverty level. where they need state help as well.

We’ve been in one for well over a year plus.

We've been in a manufacturing Recession for 2+ years, the economy has simply been wealthy people tossing money around and poorer people getting along on Gov't handouts.
