Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.), which initially failed because some Republicans objected to the call for a $16 million fine. I’m not a party guy either, but that’s what happened. Trump did oppose and expose the bureaucracy but not out of nobility, more so because they didn’t acquiesce to him. My point was trump easily could have morphed into a democrat if the power fracture was on the other side at the time.
