B-Man posted an extremely anti-Ukraine article yesterday. But I’m sure you knew that

And in your underdeveloped mind that means he’s cheering for Russia.

Good heavens kid. You should focus on your urban planning job the rest of the day. You’re making yourself look like a dumbass here.

What would you call it? What would you call an article referring to Ukraine as a corrupt dictatorship or whatever?

Calling a spade a spade?

I did no such thing.

But you are desperate

I know that.

We've been told that King Trump is planning to cancel the mid term elections and that it would be a bad thing.

I agree.  That would be very bad........if it had any basis in reality whatsoever.

So...what do we think about foreign leaders who have in fact canceled elections?

You’re getting frantic. This is something that didn’t happen. Do yourself a favor and try to do some urban planning.

Sure man. Again, I'm really not surprised this is how you react. You couldn't even call a Nazi a Nazi when he posted about sending people to Auchwitz.

I for one would just settle for a little consistency from roundabout.

I assume that he would agree that his attacks on the duly elected president of the United states does NOT mean that he hates America...... (and I would concur)

But for some reason, when you point out the corruption that surrounds President Zelinsky he brands you as Anti-Ukraine (and Pro-Putin)

You can't have it both ways.

Do you acknowledge that there was no such post from B-man as you claimed? Was it a lie or just an emotion-driven response that was false in its entirety?

Zelenskyy on Ropes – Ukranian Regime Grabs More Authoritarian Power

Then Backtracks When Protests Erupt

The terms Ukraine and government corruption are synonymous regardless of who is funding the schemes.

After Volodymyr Zelenskyy grabbed more power by stripping two key anti-corruption agencies, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP), of their independence, protests erupted. European leaders immediately noticed the intent of the power move and threatened Zelenskyy with a withdrawal of support.

The current dictatorship of Zelensky and his small team then quickly reversed course. However, the damage is done, and once again Ukranian corruption is center stage.

We knew you didn't know how to read an academic paper, but apparently you're having trouble reading a forum too.

Sigh. You said he posted yesterday. See?

The “I’m sure you knew that” was a nice touch. Now “yesterday” means July 30. As an aside, if you want to believe the posting of that article is evidence of someone supporting Russia, that’s good for you. Vapid to be sure, but good for you regardless.

I hope you pay at least the bare minimum of attention to detail as an urban planner. You suck at it, bigly, on message boards.

Articles like this are directly pro-Russia. Nothing more than Putin propaganda. This weakens the Ukrainian cause.

This isn't hard. You must have spent a lot of your life on the factory floor, huh?

It seems extraordinarily hard for you. The link shared by BMan 6 days ago (as opposed to yesterday as you claimed 🤦🏻🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♂️), the one you believe is Putin propaganda, includes a link to a politico article. Here it is if you are interested:

https://www.politico.eu/article/protests-ukraine-volodymyr-zelenskyy-law-anti-corruption-agencies-nabu-sap/

You can also see earlier in this thread that I shared this very article from Politico a week ago. Now comes the point where you have to start spinning and dissembling. Do you believe Politico is spreading Putin propaganda?

As it relates to the factory floor, you are correct. I still spend most of my time there. Mostly involved with hi-rel space electronics and spacecraft. I like it.

One more question for you - if people that work in factories and manufacturing are losers (as you have posited) what do you consider a low level WNY government employee that spends considerable chunks of his workday arguing with strangers on the internet?

I’m so looking forward to the Communist responses when Trump ends this thing

The major issues are pretty clear here.

1. The questions of NATO and EU membership for Ukraine.

2. Territorial concessions including Crimea and Donbas.

3. Security guarantees insisted on by Russia.

Both side have diametrically opposed positions on each of those. And to this point there is no compromise solution. So either somebody blinks which means Trump breaks ranks with Zelensky and European leadership or Putin backs down, neither of which I can foresee, or its no deal.

So basically what reasonable people have been saying in this thread for about two years?

The unfortunate thing is none of us have any say in the matter.
