Hate the idea of taking a CB at 30. We are already young at the position, sign a vet in FA if we want more depth. Sherman may be somewhat washed up but he's a perfect fit for this defense.

I think he is very raw. He wins on length and athleticism and lacks a plan to get to the Quarterback and needs some technical refinement. Would have preferred to see him come back and play this year and show some progress but I have said the Bills need some swings on high ceiling difference makers and I think this guy fits that description.

and it’s impossible to think of Free Agency until an actual Cap# is released.

Wasn't Metcalf considered pretty risky? 

 

Bills opted fir the "sure thing" in Ford whos been anything but.
