Wacka
It was either shelby Steele or Thomas Sowell filling in for Rush who called Rev Al, Jessie Jackson, and the like the "Klan with a tan".? 2

His “back when the ghetto was a paradise” argument is pretty silly. The black middle class has vastly expanded since black people were given basic civil rights. He is seriously trying to argue that making life not so terrible ruined an oppressed people. Just stupid. As to the the fact that families are not as strong as they once were and just saying it’s all about welfare is just a political argument, nothing more. Many historical factors have led to the supposed “tragedy” of single parent families. Had there been jobs in the inner city, had blacks had access to jobs, housing and transportation outside their neighborhoods the sacred family might have survived better. And single parent families are not the civilization killers the right is trying to make them out to be.

You should have been thrilled with Trump's fantastic drop in unemployment numbers for Blacks & Hispanics then.

The autobiography by Alex Haley is one of the best books I've read on Malcom X. I respect his views and the fact that, by every indication, he lived what he preached. I also include many white politicians who are self-proclaimed champions of black citizens. Which ones betray the very people they claim to give voices to? Given the state of black communities in this country, I would venture to say pick a card, any card, Tibs.

You see that? No, I don't really see it. Who exactly is Mr. Sowell beholden to? It's abundantly clear with Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and most entertainers, who Malcolm also denounces as poor leaders.

"People arguing over who got the best master" Provocative from Killer Mike...worth a listen. His series on Netflix is awesome as well. BTW, listen to the people he recommends everyone should read and learn from, Sowell included. Also, he falls close in line to Trump on immigration.
