Freddie's Dead Posted November 26, 2019 Share Posted November 26, 2019 (edited) Hard to predict 2021 without knowing the terms of the new CBA. The cap manipulations could change significantly. Hard to know whether to spend it or save it going into the new CBA. Maybe some shenanigans to slowly transfer to the new system, or maybe cold turkey. Let's see what they do....
