Hey, it allegedly works for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) in three states, California, Oregon and Washington, according to the Capital Research Center. Amazingly (or maybe not), a California judge even upheld the practice of forging signatures so that non-union members have dues automatically deducted from their paychecks.
