Trump Wants To Regulate Google

Personally, I don't see this as being abnormal.

While Google is undoubtedly corrupt, and the searches/results *may* be getting manipulated for panic porn, I believe there is also the need to realize how many data points have been collected in regards to COVID cases.

There have been, including today, exactly 100 days since 03/15/20.

Keep in mind this is just for the US:

At the state level alone, that gives us 5,000 different daily data points at the state level since 03/15/20 (50 states * 100 days) .

At the county level alone, that gives us 310,000 different daily data points at the county level since 03/15/20 (~3,100 counties * 100 days).

This isn’t even accounting for data that is also summarized at the city/metroplex/other municipality levels.

And it doesn't account for data that is combined across different regions and time periods (for example, northern California counties in any given week, moving 7 days, monthly, etc).

So, for the US alone, there are millions of data points. And then add in "new cases", which is a very broad scope (it could mean positive, negative, combined, or perhaps even other things).

Now, extrapolate all of that across all countries that have been hit by COVID. There is a ton of data out there.

This "person" joined in April.  Has 2 followers.  Is following 1 person.

This tweet just appeared at the top of my TL in the Aubrey Huff (fake) trend to a Tweet he posted June 15.   It has been liked 400 times.  Just in the last 2 hours.

This happens ALL THE TIME.  But no one looks close bc no one cares.  Its essentially Jack rigging his platform for Ds 24/7.  Twitter has become CNN and a safe space for Communists.

He's on parler and posted this a little while ago:

Yes, I have been permanently suspended from Twitter for "copyright infringement"

I have always abided by any DMCA takedown I have received.

I have NEVER violated a takedown.

The most recent takedown was this morning and it was fraudulent.

The Todler video was and is public domain and protected by the law under satire and parody.

Thanks for your support.

Seems like Twitter is getting desperate. If Trump wins, they lose their legal protections.

I've had a parler account for over a year, and did not realize that it had been that long since I never visited. The past week or so it almost seems like word went out to the right-side on twitter that something was up. Now, people can say that "the writing is on the wall" but the writing has been on the twiterr wall for several years now, and no mass move. Gab tried, but Gab became a sewer (as will happen with the freedom to allow people to speak their minds... bots show up in force). I hope parler can stay (relatively) sane, troll-free (they are trying, I've seen an uptick the last few days), and bot-free.
