I like the move the sticks group during draft season. CBS daily pod isn’t horrible, but it’s not great. I can’t stand around the NFL- Gregg Rosenthall sounds like a pre-pubescent duck bill platypus. Informative, sarcastic, funny as hell and a lot of sports info. He does bash the Bills from time to time however. Cover 1 Buffalo also does a real good job with in depth analysis - a couple of the regulars have had some coaching experience. As I mentioned in the radio.com thread, you can download each hour of most WGR shows (Howard and Jeremy, Schopp & Bulldog, etc) as podcasts, usually within an hour or two after they air.
