Our were in the $300 range, though that was to get 7 together (which we did). Interestingly the "in-laws" have gone the last couple years and said that tickets for the Pats game they went to were way more pricey. All that's left is to figure out the housing situation. Not sure on waiting, AirBnB says reservations are up 1000%+ for that time frame (of course, what else are they going to say?). Larger houses near the stadium are at least $1k right now, but for 7 of us, that's comparable to multiple hotel rooms - which, btw, are booking up too...
