I’ll wait till more info is out there, but it’s telling that in his texted statement to the AP he competely omitted the misconduct allegations, and offered up a completely innocent reasoning for his resignation. It’s been reported that follow up requests for comment on the allegations went unanswered.

Do you really think the Pegula's want their legacy of putting Russ in charge of President of all business relations of all his Sport Companies with a history of abuse inside the organization. This is as much their fault for not making sure all was well or much to do about nothing and a way to part ways with a bad contract. Probably something in the midlle but a obvious mistrust between Pegulas and Brandon.

What woman? I see no names of victims. Your not aledging Russ did something but directly accusing he did, hope you have proof! I simply said at this point it was best he leave for his family then drag this through the mud. Enough good is happening with these sport teams this will GO AWAY unless charges are drawn. Now who’s assuming things? We have no idea when ownership found out about this. There’s no evidence of a long history of abuse (yet). I’m sure the Pegulas would rather not be associated with him if these whispers are true, but last I checked Terry was an oil man, not an oracle.

If you read there is a investigation into their sport enterprise that has been happening for awhile from allegations that have been made. PEOPLE please read before you jump in. I have read every article and post here tonite, Speed reader! I quit posting responses after page 10 because it got nauseous. Thanks.

I used to be an anti Brandon guy. I didn't like him as a GM, I didn't like the levy hire then. However, I will say, he is the only person employed by the Bills I have measly 2nd hand connections to. I know a lot of people who know him, and he has even been responsible for getting me tickets to games.

 

From my understanding, he didn't necessarily want to be involved with football operations and a lot of what has gone on in the past few years has weighed on him. The drought was bothering him more than you or me. Granted he was banking some big checks during that time. I've heard nothing but good things about him, but I can't confirm that.

 

With all that said, if whatever he did is that bad, I'm sure law suits are coming. I don't know his character personally. It's a very difficult situation. I'm not going to celebrate this and anyone who does is just unsophisticated. If the goal of accuser was merely to get him fired, and all of this happened in this short of time. Notified of investigation Friday, let go by Tuesday. He must have crossed some lines. I'm amazed that people as incompetent as Terrance and Kim could amass the riches they have.

 

Please don't take that last sentence as a defense of Russ, rather a lack of trust in Terrance and Kim to run an organization.

Might be a bad husband but he represented the Bills for 20 years well, not great. I will not explain myself too you, don't need to. The sources provided show that it isn't a "fake" resource of info. Pegula's did not want this to happen. Would rather Brandon have just walked away. Sources were leaked and this is what comes of that. A known problem for the Bills.

Pegula's brought the charges to Brandon and Brandon chose not to fight this and resign. This tells me Pegulas had good evidence but it wasn't so bad they wanted him charged. the woman must have agreed not to charge him and he resigned to stop any legality to the issues.

What this means is the investigations in Pegula's Sport agency wasn't just Brandon but he was the highest figure so it was best things get changed. Why would the Pegula's want this to linger any farther, sexual harassment charges are serious if they go to court, the individual and company have a stake!
