Vikings Will Make a Strong Push for Cousins in UFA

GMFB was just explaining how Cousins could make even more $$ with Vikings... Cousins lives in Michigan, Michigan and Minnesota have a tax deal where if a person works in Minny but lives in Michigan they only have to pay the taxes from Michigan (4.5%)...If Cousins signs with any other team he would have to pay both states taxes

That could be a very important consideration for him.

Sirius just said three teams are preparing an offer with record guaranteed money and one more is working on a deal close to those.  Dude is about to get PAID.

All these teams going after Cousins.  McBeane should be able to get a McCarron/Keenum/Bradford on a bargain deal that doesn't preclude us from trading up.  One of them will bite on a bridge deal instead of waiting on the Cousins sweepstakes to shake out.

Cousins signing will leave some teams looking elsewhere. The current market isn't indicative of bargain deals.
