Not that the Eagles would consider it (which says a lot) but if this were an option the ONLY question is what do you think of Foles. If you think Foles can be the answer at QB you take the deal in a second. No one with any sense is going to take a 30 year old RB on his last legs over a potential franchise QB in his prime.
