It's always an interesting company culture thing. I guess the closest in our day to day is do we walk into training eager to learn/interact or moaning about what a waste of time it is. You get certain windows where people either step up, or fall back and it gets to be telling after awhile. If people ask you to buy in enough and you keep walking away from the opportunities it gets hard on a team. I do believe Kyle is 100% genuine I don't think many did what he said, but no basis for that beyond my gut reaction. I think that making a scene to demand buy in by asking people to do a specific action they are unlikely to actually do can be counter productive despite well intentioned.... but if they did follow through that's a great sign.
