Which is somehow different from "dying." When I asked for clarification ("If you don't start making sense in the next 20 seconds, I'm going to drive over and transition your ass. Now tell me...what is going to happen to you?") none was particularly forthcoming. As near as I can tell, "transitioning" is somewhere between a state of Monty Python/Holy Grail "Grandma's not quite dead yet" and Monty Python/Parrot Sketch "Grandma's pinin' for the fjords. Beautiful bird, grandma, lovely plumage." 2) When someone with COPD has outpatient surgery, and is given two doses of fentanil after the surgery for pain management, this can cause "complications," which is apparently a euphemism for "respiratory arrest." Turkey and Nepal, the epicenters of mad honey production, have traditionally cultivated the honey as medicine. I spent most of a year in a dry area in Arkansas on a file, when the charter would come up for voting the fundamentalists and the owner of Bobby's Booze Shack "just outside county lines" lobbied to keep it dry. Also TIL: US has dry counties. I will add a US dry county tidbit. FloydFest is an annual music fest in SW Virginia that actually takes place on land in Patrick county, not Floyd county. To 'legally' purchase alcohol, you have to go inside designated tents/areas. However, everyone walks around with cups or bottles that have alcohol of some sort in them and no one checks until you pass out. However, they do check when you are exiting the designated tents. But there are creative ways around that as well. The land where the fest is held actually borders Floyd county and within a 200 yd walk from the fest is Villa Appalachia which produces some nice Italian vino. I will listen to some music, then take a short walk just past the edge of the festival to Villa Appalachia, and do some wine tasting and purchase there. Fortunately, they are that close but that was completely unintended as the winery was there long before FloydFest began.
