Every-other year the Bills inexplicably gave Kelsay a contract extension, in spite of the fact that he did nothing- NOTHING- of note in his career. He must have made $50 million off of Ralph! And it's not like a coach with a year or two left on his contract has never been fired. It's just long enough to get the new stadium built. He also saw the Oilers/Titans through their multiple city hopscotch while a stadium was built. He might actually be "the right guy" for an organization undergoing this variety of chaos at this level.
