If he wasn't putting in the work off the field, he shouldn't be rewarded with time on it. Maybe the other four guys just looked better in every practice. Many things could have factored in. Mike Williams has stumbled because he has tripped over his own dumb feet. In any field of endeavor an undisciplined goofball with marginal talent is not destined to be a success.
